Hey there ! I really like your theme but do I have to purchase a revolution slider license to be able to modify the slider provided with the demo sites ? Thanks for your help !

no that’s not necessary. If we used a slider revolution in our demo websites, you can fully use and edit it without plugin activation.

The problem is that when i go through the Slider Revolution interface, it tells me to activate it to use the functionalities. And i can’t figure out where can I still modify the sliders included in demos.

I am trying to install the theme and it is telling me I have an older version, is it 4.9.6? How do I upgrade to the latest version (4.9.7)? Also the host in this case isn’t able to change the Max Vars thing to 3000, will the theme still work for us at 1000? What are the implications?

So basically I cant get those two plugins to install, the shortcode and the portfolion ones. I don’t understand it.

sounds like this could be a filer / folder permission on the server.
Please go to plugins and check if the plugin is present inside the list. If that’s the case. Deactivate and delete it.
Then try again.
If the plugin is not in the list or the error remains, open your FTP Client or your Web FTP Client and manually the the ut-shortcodes folder in wp-content/plugins/. Then try to install the plugin again.

It’s okay, I worked that out. basically you need to delete the existing folders for those two plugins and install again.
I can’t get the Input Vars Max to change to 3000. I’ve tried everything within the folders and it isn’t changing which means I can’t install the demo themes. Is there something I am not seeing?
Okay so I could not change the Max Input Vars setting to 3000. It is stuck on 1000. Can someone tell me how this will impact on performance? I’ve asked in the so-called support forum but it’s been about 36 hours since I had a response.
I want to know, would this impact on the functioning of the image Hero? I have been uploading images and they don’t seem to work.

i tried out diffrent demos on my site https://drxseo.nl/ and already removed many pages but still see them, how do i get them clean, already tried removing and reinstalling theme but still see a lot of old pages

This is interesting that now you found it and suddenly an answer has been appeared which was not there. Anyhow, the issue needs to be fixed ASAP the rest is no issue.
The answer was there all the time. See all the other thread on the forum, we are answering and responding multiple times a day.

you already received an answer to your question on the forum.
The theme does work with WordPress 5.5. The error you have is caused by Layer slider, which outputs a note.
So there is a plugin or a setting which does make use of a deprecated jQuery function.
As suggested by LayerSlider, install: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
This is the quickest solution to avoid errors caused by 3rd party plugins.
Hello I bought a theme and I will install it on my server. Then (on this theme) I will make a website for the client. How do I move the website to the target website address, the license will work? It uses many different themes when working for clients, and most have the option to deactivate and reactivate at the final destination.

basically you are only allowed using the license on 1 active installation. We can see a registered website which is online. So the license can’t be used on another website. You need to purchase an additional one. See: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

No, it is not using the same license on another website, it is the same website, only we have renewed it and changed the server because the date of the other does not expire

Hi, frustrated. I can’t login to your support and have also tried to reset my password and you are not sending me the confirmation email.
I have an issue with a portfolio item.
Here at this demo: https://themeforest.unitedthemes.com/wpversions/brooklyn/demo42/ when you click on the “Hello Brooklyn” portfolio item (the one with the YES image), it pops up and displays the video. Nice stuff. The one I want…. But I have imported this demo: https://themeforest.unitedthemes.com/wpversions/brooklyn/demo45/and when I tried to create the very same Showcase as in demo42, in demo45, all hell broke loose. I have compared the 2 Portfolio items, and created the very same showcase and configured them exactly the same. EXCEPT….. Now, I have a HUGE Video playing over the top layout in the popup and I just can’t seem to be able to remove it. And to add to injury, the TOP video auto plays!!! I have no idea where this BIG video comes from…The good thing is that under the BIG video, lower down, the layout appears OK!
