I think I replied in Facebook chat. Yes, this is possible. So you can use the Vibe Drive, Groups function with Parent User addon for this. You can create a group for Parent (or multiple groups for parents of different classes). Upload videos in the Group – Drive.

How about displaying of school fees and attendance? Is attendance tracked when student logins? Is there a way for student to attach photo as evidence upon logging into the system?

Can parents portal displays school fees? Can attendance automatically be tracked once user logins into the system?

Currently school fees can not be displayed, But you can add a widget in PArent’s dashboard and they can view upcoming school fees. You can do this manually, like generating a PDF bill and uploading it to Parent’s dashboard.

6. Good question. Why we put this ? , this is a requirement from the API, now we can perfectly hide it and fill in random values here, but because these meetings are hosted outside the WPLMS sphere. In case of contingency you’ll need that password and we’ll have no answer for this. Optionally, I can give you a small code fix, that is going to fill random password in the fields and we can hide those fields from the view.

User should not be able to access course quiz even after completing all course chapters/topics except during the start date and time set for the quiz.

So unlike WordPress’s cookie based authentication system where you are sending cookies even if you are loading an image and overloading the server, the WPLMS loads up only on the part of your website where you want it to load.

We currently have Elementor templates and we are adding Divi templates really soon. The best part of WPLMS is that, you do not need to convert you site into an LMS , only the part which you want will convert into an LMS.

Sounds great. I use auth0 to provide secure social login signup and s2member to set permission levels to give access to different content. This is synced with wordpress user database and enables sso so users dont need to create another login to an embedded saml app. Does the jwt login mean users of site will have to create another login or will they be able to access the courses that are free and setup profile as already logged in users?

I also would like the lms part of site to look as good as your themes do but dont understand how i can use my divi child theme which is designed manually each page, and select a wplms theme for the school section? Can u clarify how. Do i need to wait for your divi theme and / or install another wordpress on a subdomain? Im hoping i can install plugin and it looks like it does in demos so i can start setting up school, but no clear on how the plugin will add theme to part of site with theme already on.

I also have bought a pwa plugin for wp which is to turn my site into an app but is not installed yet. The site is on multi site so one domain is the members and blogs and education and one is the project content site where users can contribute content with menus to connect the two. I havent installed it yet but assuming it works, will this conflict with your pwa / mobile app feature, or if i have the wpa for wp on the project site, and install your lms plugin on the member site then maybe that should work together.

And finally is there any benefit to waiting until blackfriday to buy as money is a little tight although if it all works it looks like a great price, and i imagine some of the paid addons will be useful in future.

1. The JWT login works using same WordPress login, just it does not create the cookie which Wordpress demands for recignising that the user is logged into Wordpress. [ Cookies are a tremendous overhead on servers for scalability. ] For the s2Member, you’ll need to enable these 2 switches. https://prnt.sc/vk0qkb then it works like WP login and s2Member can detect and restrict access to pages. WPLMS also has a single page setup so you can restrict this 1 page access via s2Member.

Yes, that PWA plugin is definitely not going to work with WPLMS. Generic PWA plugins for WordPress may not work correctly with Applications like an LMS.

Great. Looks from this that i can buy and plug and play to get going. Not clear if can select wplms theme inside of theme but imagine if its on a selected page then it will be part of setup.

I will use this for members site and pwa plugin for project site then should be good as seperate entities.

You’ll need to install the VibeBP & WPLMS plugins in your Divi site , create a page and add shortcodes vibebp_login, vibebp_profile and that is all that is required. Maybe wait for the full video on this.
