Actualy this theme is unusable with child theme ! When i use style.css it i have to re-install child theme to zero because wordpress tell me that it miss index.php file. I cant make any css change in the child theme ! the template page attributs disappear when i make any changes in child theme style.css….

Select Slider does come included with the Core plugin however if you want to remove Layer slider you do always have an option to do this by deactivating and removing the plugin from Plugins left panel.

Hello, we have been unable to use/customize the theme. It was uploaded, installed, and activated. We can’t find how to use the theme elements. We installed the demo pages, but can’t figure out how to edit the content. I also got a depracation error and it says it needs the newest version of LayerSlider WP and WPBakery Page Builder and those sites said to contact you to get those updated within the theme. We really love the look of this theme and wish we could get it to work… It does say it’s compatible with wordpress up to 5.2, but the current version on wordpress is 5.5

What about the plugins that are out of date? Are you updating the theme with the current plugins? (Layer Slider WP and WPBakery Page builder) It says that these are included in the theme description.

Can “Quick Remove Menu Items, Envato Market and Classic Editor” Plugins be removed after your site it up and running? I find this theme comes with way too many plugins which leave you unable to use additional ones without leaving your site at risk.

It won’t allow me to update the plugin without purchasing the WPbakery. That leaves vulnerabilities on my site. Is there a way to update that plugin if it does come bundled with the theme? I have tried a few different things and nothing.

Slider is not mobile friendly. How come I thought this was a responsive theme? I purchased this theme two years ago and never finished building my site. Now i’m finally all done except the slider is not mobile friendly? Do I really have to pay for the support to just be told how to make this responsive? If it isn’t possible just let me know I’ll go purchase a different template that is responsive.

We are using the Nouveau theme and have updated the theme to the latest version however there are 3 key plugins that come with the theme that are still outdated. Mainly WPBakery and LayerSlider are still out of date.

A customors of mine is using Noveau. There is a Problem with the Select slider:
https://www.geuer-geuer-art.de/leon-loewentraut/There are some sliders on that page, but they don´t work correctly. Only the first slider (Pursuit of Faith) is working properly. Alle sliders are implemented the same way (via My Temeplates in WP Bakery). All other sliders are showing images of a wrong galery. Also images are not displayed correctly.
WordPress Version is 5.4 Theme Version is 4.1 (latest) WP version is 6.0.5
Any idea?

Hi I am trying to add a video to the portfolio pages but the video from a youtube link is not showing up proper size. See screenshots below. It is either to long and thin or too square. No it doesn’t. Once you start playing it it has a black bar on the top and bottom. That is not the size of youtube videos.

On my page the video is more square and has black bars on top and bottom filling extra space because the frame is not the same shape as the video.

You can try to have Custom Portfolio and build your layout the way you want. Also playing the video it has black bar which is for the play bar and info section on the top.

1. I’m still having issues with the video box size. I took a break from this theme because there were too many issues. Now I don’t have a choice I need to use it.
I’ll say again like I did in the initial comment, my videos are not framed the same size that the theme example shows.
