We have double review it all, and we found that there are many of your request question which related with custom code, some of them we did provide css code to help you. There are some other which related with Theme functions so it not possible for us to custom code for you.

If there any further please reply in your ticket or post a new ticket, right now we did not received any of your reply as confirmation so we are not sure if any issues you got.

Hello, how can I do the following: 1- I need to hide the price text on the booking success page 2- How to place the texts in Spanish on the booking success page (I translated with wpml and loco translate, but it still doesn’t show me the words in Spanish) 3- How to translate the VIEW MORE text on the rooms page 4- How to translate the phrase Other Rooms on the rooms page

It should be noted that I use the single hotel demo, I did almost all the translations with loco translate and WPML, but even so I can’t get those words to be displayed in the language of the site, which is Spanish, obviously in the English format I have no problems , the site is bilingual, that is to say Spanish and English.

Please note that wpml plugin use for content & long text and there are some special texts which build fixed in Theme cannot be done via this plugin.

You need to manual translate them via Poedit, please check on this guide for more detail:

Please do not forget to update your language file to last version.

Nobody here tells you what the procedures are for updating the license. The license is paid and the support account remains blocked where it should be automatic, since we are paying.

Hi, trying to register my purchase code but it says ‘Purchase code has been used by another site’ I don’t have any other sites using the theme.

I don’t have support either as I have no need so please don’t send me to your support desk. :) I just need to speak with someone so they can clear my purchase code of previous installations.

I see that several people have the same problem and you answer the same thing knowing that the question asked is that nothing can be deactivated since there is no active theme.

I change the DNS and reinstall the site for new layout since our product listing changed due to covid-19. However, I received the notice that “Purchase code has been used by another site”. I cannot submit a ticket to your author site since the support period expired. Would you please guide be how to do deregistration and registrater it a gain. Thank you very much.

1.For Villa, you can use our Rental service which allow customer to book a whole villa only. There is Hotel service which allow book room separate.

2 and 3. Unfortunately, we do not support auto sync ical calendar or room with other OTA system. However, we have support affiliate function which allow user to add other OTa system in Theme (included booking.com).

4. If you want to use multi-language website ewe have support compatible with WPML plugin. You can purchase and use this for multi language or you can manual translate website by Poedit or Loco translate.

Apparently you did not quite understand what I meant. The demo installation does not exceed 0%, I made all the requirements in the hosting but it never worked, also, there is no XML file, that is why I paid for the installation. The Developers that you gave me to help me with the installation could not install it either, she created a tick and there is no response yet. This particular template has issues, they should be revised or taken off the market so that the people who buy them don’t feel ripped off. Thank you

Thanks for answering. I asked my chef to buy the Theme in order to take advantage of the promotion. In addition to the Theme, do you advise anyone who buys a plugin so that it has the functionality of property registration or surveys within the site?

If you are looking for a flexible template in design that adapts to your needs. this is definitely not it. Basically the demo cannot be modified too much and you cannot combine header with other styles. I do not recommend it at all.

They do not return the money for this reason so choose your template well.
