Firebase is not a dependency for WPLMS. Everything in this LMS works via API. The courses run via API calls and we have our own Editor especially built for education needs with Math / Chem/ Physics support.
So, the exportable course feature : we can take an export of the entire course into SCORM/xAPI format course and run it anywhere on internet. The tracking can be done in WPLMS or in any LRS . That is the whole point of version 4 in WPLMS, a fully spec compliant LMS system. Content is yours, you will be able to maintain it and not locked into any system or LMS.
I cant get to revert from version 4 to version 3 like many other users. Where can I download the last version 3 update? I went to your support page but there is no download section there, and codecanyon doesn’t allow me to select the version I want.
It is inside the wplms theme package. Download the theme pack and there is 3.9 and 4.0 folders
Hello, I’m really impressed with tons of features here, and I’m really looking forward for a purchase. However, I’ve a few pre-sales questions if I may.
I’ve been trying out to find info about private courses, here’s a scenario.
Instructor register and add few courses but these courses should not be visible or public on the website. The instructor will send invitation links or code to students to join the course. Only students with invitation link/code can view and interact with the course.
From your forums looks like it’s possible however here in the comments you mentioned a lot of times that “private courses are not currently supported”.
Also I can see that the demos are some how broken, can I be invited to a sandbox or something to try out before the purchase, just to make sure that I made the right decision.

Looking for a new hosting plan (better if it’s a cloud based) I came across with this link https://firebase.google.com/docs/projects/pwa, that shows Firebase can not only be used for the login feature our new PWA sites have, but also to host the whole PWA app in Firebase (called Firestore). Any advice on this, please? Is this possible or are there better options? I think this is probably the best option we could wish for, in terms of speed, security and money. We just need to figure out how to have it working. Thanks

hi there, presale question – 1) is it possible to set up for different organisations? 2) each organisations have their own areas for courses and files? 3) users from org1 cannot see the courses and files from org 2? 4) members from org 1 – how to register and make them member from org1, maybe by certain mail means xy@org1 or by special code in the register form or only by import the users manually and assign them to the usergroup? 5) is it possible to set up subgroups in usergroup means org1-group1, org1-group2 and assign to multile groups as tutor ? thx
1. Yes, it is possibe.
2. Yes this is avilable using our Batches addon
3. Yes, there is course exclusivity feature which means that users from batch A can not see courses which are not connected in batch A.
4. Organisation = Batch, create a custom registration form and enable Batch selection, so at the time of registering they enroll into a batch .
5. Sub-groups is not built in but there are third party plugins to enable this. You can assign multiple groups to a tutor.

Just re-Authenticate from WP admin – WPLMS – Getting started and you can use the free trials. The envato login tokens are only valid for 24 hours. So, you’ll have to do this for free trials.

Hi Vibe, I installed it and activated it and added the widgets into the dashboard from widgets even showed them by creating a page but doesn’t show anything. I also checked it under Manage courses->course->statistics—> Time Spent .. but there it is showing “NA ” for each even I spent some time by starting course course but nothing..?
I also refresh the buddypress navigation under VibeBP

If this is the same site in different language, you can use 1 license. If this is a different site with different offering then you need another license.
Hey, is there anyway to let instructors use H5P without having access to the WP admin section ?
Instructors can right now, select existing h5p units. For creating new h5p units, h5p needs to support a creation API which they do not have as of now. WPLMS has the new unit types using which you can add custom unit types.
You have refunded the web app only, What I am going to do with the mobile app without web app?, how you refunded the web and leave the mobile app and want me to to give a technical report for mobile terminal only, all problem with the web are exist in you support tickets for 5 months, so the mobile app is useless for me. or you don’t want to refund the mobile app to force me buy you web app again???

Can you remove the rating because you are not longer using the product now.
So you want to keep positive comments and rating only, and remove the truth of the bad experience from real past customers? or you consider the refund as the fee to remove comments? in all cases you made me lose thousands of dollars and many customers for the past 5 months and the refund will not cover what I have suffered from that bad experience.
My advice is, to be more transparent especially for the new customers till they know the truth
I wish themeforest add a KPI to measure the number of complains or refund requests rather than showing only number of sales as it is not praising a complete picture
Yes, we would second that suggestion. Reviews here do not present a complete picture. Obviously there is no benefit if we are the only ones who honour the negative reviews, our competitors remove tons of negative reviews and still maintain a unrealistic 5 Star rating (1, 2, you wont find these removed reviews)
couple of questions 1) does this work with single instructor setup? I have only one course to sell 2) I want register /sign up button on home page, user signs up , then sees single course , he can only see 1 video as demo (first video) and then he has to buy the course. Where are all the old Demo’s that showed all the functionality in one demo and were appropriate to show to a potential Corporate client? Especially the Multisite demo.
Demos: Half of the pages have missing images or they are empty when selecting from a menu – not a browser problem – tried different browsers. Also text bunches up on left of single courses, etc.
You used to have a very good layout for “proof of concept” that would apply to a potential Corporate training client. Clients need to see what looks like a “valid” learning setup – they are hopeless at “visualizing” what it could look like.
Perhaps your designer is in the process of modifying all the demos and is not finished?
Yes, we’re re-creating those demos again. The visual composer vulnerability (link ) impacted our demos, so we have to re-create them again. We also have 2 new demos coming up this week. School and Mooc.

Hello please, I noticed that my website has several links spread across google that redirect to the students’ activity. This is a big problem.
A page with the following text: Student finished unit 2 years ago. Student “namestudent” finished the lesson “namelesson” s in the course “namecourse” course.
How do I make these pages not exist or not appear on Google without affecting the site? Tnks
Please restrict activity access from WP admin – WPLMS – BuddyPress – activity directory. In version 4 the activity directory by default comes with restricted access.

Hi, In my case, it’s a live online German language institute means all classes are on “Zoom”. I know we can integrate Zoom to this theme for free. But, can I create multiple batches from the whole students and show “Zoom” meeting to only one batch? For example : Meeting 1 for “A Batch”, Meeting 2 for “B Batch”. Like that. Only people in specific batch can see that Zoom details. If it’s possible, then for sure, I am going for this theme.
Yes, we have a really good Zoom integration available. You can create Meetings for batches, so only batch specific students can see and join meetings. see video
