Hello! I wanted to clarify a doubt. On a normal page that by default has the image of a girl at school, I wanted to put other images instead. Hi, in my dashboard, some main plugins (revolution slider, WPBahery, Event manager and so on, are asking to activate my copies, do i need to purchase them again or they included in this theme? If they are included what shall I do? If not, do I need to pay every year for each plugin as this is not explained in your sales page?

I have installed the theme and imported the Main Demo following the documentation, at first it worked perfectly. Then i wanted to switch from Main Demo to Edtech demo, but the home page was broken and i wasn’t able to solve the problem. As i think it’s a page builder related issue! but not sure. I bought the theme from a third party, we are registered and using the theme but I don’t have access to that third party’s email. So I would like to buy it again under my mail, but if you don’t give me confidence that the problem with elementor pro is already solved, I can’t take any chances.

I use this theme since 2018. At that moment it was the best theme for creating an educational website, however, problems with the translations of the user navigation existed from the beginning. But last updates of the theme cracked the website severely! Translations of the words, lines and sentences in the navigation section started to disappear. As a response to my requests to fix this problem and questions how to fix it by myself they ask me to pay for the technical support! The last update screwed the design of the website. It appeared that it is not possible to fix offset of the blocks by myself. After asking for the help from the support team, I got the same answer – pay for the support! For what? For your not qualitative work? And now clients have to pay for it? Be careful purchasing this product! Especially – not English language users!
