Hello, I have a website here: https://www.pvdh.nl/ After upgrading Wordpress to 5.5.3 the revolution slider is not visible anymore and also the onepage menu links do not work. When I switch to anothertheme the slider works. Is this a known issue? I tried disabling other plugins but with no result.

Whenever I try and download the latest version Theme Forest sends a file with 9.1.2.. It works if I update from my website but I like to get an updated full package. Please fix this.

The version on the theme on ThemeForest is usually lagging behind the one on our servers. This is done because of piracy concerns 
As you’ve correctly noticed, you can update the theme to the newest version via the Dashboard > Updates screen.
Isn’t there a way to remove the7 menu on Elementor templates pages? There’s no option to select the7 microsite format for Elementor template pages. Selecting Elementor Canvas doesn’t completely hide the7 menu.
Hello! Canvas template should hide theme’s header, indeed. Do you have any cache plugins?

Thanks for the answer. There’s no cache plugin, the side menu content (Elementor Minimal demo) is hidden but the container remains. https://a.cl.ly/9Zu0YPNx I don’t have support anymore, but thanks for letting me know it should work.

That’s correct. You do not have to buy.

It should work like with any other theme. However, keep in mind that The7 post types are NOT built with ACF.

Pls help! In Theme Options and Sidebar I choose Sidebar style: Dividers, Vertical divider: Enabled, Dividers between widgets: Enabled, but nothing happening on page with sidebar. There is no dividers. What should I do to get dividers visible on page? Note: Options: Background behind each widget is visible and Background behind whole sidebar is visible too.

Yes, as I said: Options: Background behind each widget is VISIBLE. Background behind whole sidebar is VISIBLE too. But Options with dividers is not visible.

Yesterday the slider stopped working. And in trying to update I keep getting a “Theme was remotely de-registered.” This is the only site that should be using The7. When I check the license certificate at Envato, it confirms this. I keep entering the purchase code, but it doesn’t take. What can I do?
