thanks however I checked your site and you use aside tag for yourself however most user design their site sidebar directly at pages or category or tag templates but best practice is used sidebar and sidebar tag to show google which of our contents are not for main content part, you used footer and hedear and nav tag on best way suggest to add this tag for sidebars, or i will be happy to hear a good reason then “all the users use Sidebars” thanks alot

This is a Support Portal that doesn’t use WordPress, it’s an in-house PHP-based solution, obviously it can use this tag because only UpSolution team manage this site. On multipurpose theme we can’t add this tag to all sidebars because it might affect SEO.

I am confused by the documentation. I am creating language translations of my website posts and making each language its own post category for that language. I therefor need to change the main menu to a custom menu specific for a language for the posts with matching language category. I can not figure out from your documentation how to do that? Do you know how I can accomplish this with your theme?

Hi, no plugins, just new posts with translated version with it’s own post category e.g. German.

I don’t want to make a support ticket, I just want documentation explaining how to use a custom menu for a specific page or post with your theme. I didn’t even need to tell you what it was for but did out of being thorough. So forget what I wrote, I just need a custom menu on specific pages and posts apart from the default. How do I do that?

Go to Appearance > Menus and create a menu there, then go to Impreza > Headers, create a header and assign the created menu to Menu element of this header. Once set, you can assign this header to any post, page via Page Layouts, take a look at this article: https://help.us-themes.com/impreza/pages/page-options/

Hi a little help, after updateing the Upsolutione core to the 7.11.1versione, i get massive error on my wordpress website, now i’m in recovery mode and i can’t restart the plugin, all the website is broken, can you help me?
It seems that version 7.11.1 of Upsolution core is not compatible with Impreza 7.11, I know it will serve the support service but the problem with the site was triggered by your theme, could you please help me anyway?

As I can see you’re using some 3rd party searching solution. Please deactivate all plugins that aren’t related to Impreza and check again. If the search will start working, activate plugins one by one to find the issue.

That was the problem – thanks! But now, i see that i haven’t updated to the latest. I’ve entered the license, but no “upgrade” button shows up for theme.
As I can see you’re already using the latest Impreza and UpSolution Core plugin so there is nothing to update at the moment. Please describe your issue better.

Here is Matthew, an author for CodeCanyon market! We have released a new free plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/real-cookie-banner/) and want to make the plugin more compatible with Impreza theme as our customers are using it.
Generally, the “Content Blocker” feature allows you to block e.g. YouTube videos until the user has given consent to the cookies via a cookie banner (learn more here: https://devowl.io/wordpress-real-cookie-banner/).
Unfortunately this feature does not work with the “Load more” functionality of us-core plugin. The following modifications need to be done to make it work:

Hello! I recently bought and install this theme, and happens something very very strange. I have around 700 woocommerce products as “hide” and “private” to don’t show on online store, but obviously appear in the wp-admin in products.
On time I install this theme, all private products are hide in the wp-admin, are not longer showed, so I cant open any of them.
If I returns to my previous template, appear again. I tried this 2 times to be sure is directly related with template.

Im having an issue with how the snapshot of my site shows when I share my website. Im using Yoast and when I share via messenger it shows duplicate images of the site like in this screen shot:

It happens when I have a “Featured Image” selected and yoast enabled.

I contacted Yoast and they said:
suspect that your theme also generates open graph meta tags, as these exist even while Yoast SEO is deactivated. This may be the cause of the conflict. If you are unable to locate where this option is in your theme, you may reach out to your theme developer for further help.
looked in theme option and dont see “Open Graphs Meta Tags” option. please advise,

Ive disabled SEO and SHEMA Markup in theme options. I think that helped.

Since you’re using Yoast SEO and disabled Impreza’s SEO, it’s better to contact Yoast SEO support regarding this matter, they should provide a solution for you. There are no problems, please go to Impreza > About and make sure that your license activated, if so, go to Dashboard > Updates and update Impreza along with all 3rd party plugins, then clear all cache and check your website again, it should help.

Hello… I found problem.. On PC is everything great but when I am using IPAD – I dont see any ” background ” pictures on it / restaurant theme / just text and no food – place like on PC version. I am thinking about buying these theme but I need to have working theme on IPAD too.. Thank you for your answer.
