Hi, please make sure your theme is update to the very latest version. Also, ensure all plugins are up to date.

https://demo.themovation.com/bellevue/changelog/no that is not the issue at all, everything was up to date. It all worked fine until i loaded Elementor Pro, that’s when the issues started. All other plugins disabled etc etc… I have noticed others have also had this issue, please can you look into it on your end?

I have updated to the latest version. My old version is completely broken, but the new version relies on elementor, so all of my old widgets, like testimonials, require elementor pro.
Is there a workaround, or do I have to buy a plugin to use your theme?

Hello. Thank you for your help in past questions. I have two new ones:
1) In Spain there’s a law on Data Protection, and it is mandatory to include a check box to accept the Privacy Policy in a contact form. This way visitors have to click the check box if they want to send the form. We have the Booking Application Form, but we do not find the way to include this check box, can you please help us with this?
2) We are trying to connect PayPal to our Payment Method, we have connect our account with the website, but it keeps screening us a PayPal error when we try to pay. It seems that we need to include a PayPal button somehow, PayPal has provided us with a HTML code, but we don’t know where do we have to insert it.

Hi. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to solve the problems.
1) We already had a plugin for this, but the check box on the Booking Application Form didn’t worked. We have tried with the one you told us, but we have the same problem: it does not appear a check box in the Booking Form. We think it is due to the form, that it’s been created automatically, as it depends of the data introduced in the Accommodation Page. It is a form that we cannot modify. We’ve found the following code to copy it on the HTML form code, but we don’t know where we can find the HTML code. “[acceptance your-consent] He leído y acepto la política de privacidad. [/acceptance]”
2) Thank you for all the info. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to find the solution, as we don’t need the PayPal button in WooCommerce, but in the Booking Confirmation Page. We need it not for buying products with WooCommerce, but to pay the room booked (we are using the Booking Engine that came with the theme). When we enable PayPayl in Payment Methods, and try to pay through it, we get this message in a PayPal page: “PayPal. At this moment we have technical issues. Please try again later”
We don’t know how we can try to solve it. Thank you very much and sorry for all the inconvenient.

And another doubt, if there’s no inconvenient, we have a Accommodation Grid widget, and we want to filter different hotels not only by the city (we have it in Parent Hierarchy) but by price as well (we have it in Child Hierarchy). We would want to know if there is a way to include double filter: for example, choose hotels in Barcelona, and afterwards, between those results, the one with prices 160-200€ (right now we only find a way to filter by city OR by price, depending on what Term Hierrarchy we choose).

We were wondering how to go about setting the timer for when a booking goes abandoned?
Our problem is that when we set a booking as pending payment from our end, after a short period of time (I think 59 mins) it gets set as abandoned. We want to set that period time to 7 days if possible?
Can you let us know where to go to do this. I searched all over our WordPress dashboard settings and can’t find where to do this.

I have downloaded and finished installing the the theme as directed but here are my observations and i need your advise.
1. I need confirmation that the setup wizard actually installed for me the Motopress hotel booking plugins because i could not verify even from the list of installed plugin
2. Also from the list of installed plugin i didnot see Hotel Booking WooCommerce Payments which was suppose to be part of the bundle.
3. Woocommerce was not automatically installed by the setup wizard, i have to add it from the Add new under the plugin section. Please confirm if this is the right thing to do?

1 – The wizard does not need MotoPress if you are using our own booking system. Are you? If you plan to use MotoPress, then please allow the installer to set this up for you

You need to charge a guest as a percentage of the room price? Hmm, not sure I’ve seen this before.

No, the real issue is that i’ve to assign an age to children guest, because from 0 to 5years old they have no price
I’m not following you sorry. There is a setting under Accommodation / Settings / Age of Child. Does that help?

It shows (in spanish) “Desgloce de precios” where it should show “Desglose de precios”. We’ve tried to search it in the HTML code, but we’ve not been able to find it/change it. How can be change it? 2) In the Accomodation Page, we have a calendar to check if there’s availability, and a button to finally book the room. Our issue is that we want to change the text in that button, but it do not appears when we edit the page with Elementor. As in the case before, we’ve tried to find the button in the HTML code, without success. Please, can you help to solve this two issues? Thank you in advance.
