Hello, This is a pre-sale question. I saw on a blog that if I purchase a licence it’s only for 1 site. The aim in buying a theme like Bridge is to use it on multiple (and different niche) sites. Can you validate (or unvalidate) this information ? If I buy 1 licence, can I install the theme on more than one site ? Thank you.

Hello I using latest version of bridge theme. I using Qode Slider for Video on homepage but its not autoplaying video first time just show preview image and play button. after reload page it play video auto. I need to autoplay video first user time open website.

The image is loaded before the video gets started but as soon as the video is loaded it starts playing. We did not reload the page and the video did start to play.

Please can I add a student to a course manually with the Qode LMS?
I am using SUMO Woocommerce Payment Plans Plugin to handle payment by instalments so users do not use the Add to Cart button on each course page. How can I manually add these students so that they do not have to register again after paying for the course.

You can add students manually by adding new user and provide you students with login details if you wish that.
When it comes to LMS, all payment process is going through WooCommerce, so all payment options that are offered for in WooCommerce plugin are available. You can also consider using some official WooCommerce extention. Our theme is covering courses which users can purchase and download. Course payment is done via WooCommerce, so it will go through the standard WooCommerce checkout process.
Users (students) can also enroll in free courses, or in case that the courses are not free, they need to buy the course in order to enroll in it. There’s also a free preview of all courses, so the users can check what are they buying or enrolling.

The courses are not free and payment is handled using SUMO payment with woocemmerce since the official woocommerce subscription plugin doesnt offer payment plans. The order comes in as a regular order when they purchase but because they do not use the “add to cart” button on the course page, then the user doesnt register for the course.
How do i add the student to the course from the LMS backend? Since i can confirm payment and i only need to grant them access manually.

Hello, i’m encountering a problem while modificate the H2. The modifications are not taken into account on my page, even if i purge the cache. I can see the changes in preview mode. I tried with the other H, and all is fine. Now the H2 is set up on 30px, but always appearing on 50px. Help would be strongly appreciated. Thank you ! Anthony

I just need to know the path to place it in the theme folder since you are the plugin author.

It does not function in form replacing the folder path structure rather you would need to edit the plugin and if it is inside the child theme then you will also need to call it within the theme. So you will need to adjust and edit the whole plugin.

I have edited the plugin file and it works fine. But if you release an update, it would override my edits. Thats why I want to move the edited template to the child theme to keep my changes even when you make updates to the plugin.

As we mentioned earlier you will have to edit the whole plugin and place it in your child theme, and then call that plugin newly edited plugin. So it does not function in the form of you example simply adding the folder path rather you will have to edit the whole plugin and place it in your child theme.

How do I transfer license to different domain if it is no longer controlled by me? Theme I purchased is NOT is use.
Just re-read that, and it doesn’t make much sense.. I set up a website using Bridge. The dns was changed to a different host and files on the server erased. I’d like to simply have my key reset if possible. Thank you!!

So you can try looking for some third party plugin that will help you achieving this on your end. Also be aware that we did not test these plugins nor can guaranty theme compatibility.

I seem to have issues loading in the demo – i get to approx 56% and then nothing. It’s the same with every one and I’ve had to delete and then reinstall but still nothing.
