I’m sorry but but I do not understand exactly what you need, the buttons of Uncode use a skins based visualisation scheme, if you don’t like it you can simply add a class and create your own CSS rules. There is no default rule, CSS must be created based on your settings. In case send us a link to your site and explain well what you need to change. Yes, according to the documentation the CSS you put in a Content Block is not brought to the final page, in case you have to put it in the Theme Options > CSS or Child Theme.
Downloaded the Product-frame content block to display my products. Have set it as the “content” for products inside both the Theme Options and individual product content tab but will NOT show layout. Reverts to something else… Can’t find where or why.
Hi brusuelas! Sorry, this is the sense of private support we referenced above. We cannot understand from words what is happening or what you have missed in you admin if this is not a known issue, and other users have not reported something similar.
You should not assign both from Theme Options and from Page Options. If this Content Block should be the base layout of all your products, you just need to assigned from the Theme Options and left “inherit” in the Page Options.

All green in System Status. Running all recommended server requirement software versions. I do have extra plugins. WooCommerce, Facebook product manager, etc.
Side note – when this happens, I revert theme and database to a backup and all goes back to as it should be.
If you are a complaint, the problem may be because you have some extra plugin that consumes many variables now installed or some additional plugin that has left a lot of dirt in your Database, and that’s why when you back up, you don’t have the problem. From here, we can only suggest you increase Max Vars and, above all, try to deactivate for a test all the extra plugins and do a clean-up of your Database (there are many free plugins).

I just found it’s the Ninja Popups plugin by ARS Code. It’s updated to latest version. I really liked this plugin for my email signup. Can you recommend a different plugin or suggest a new number to raise my vars to?
Ask your host to give you about 6000 vars and test (obviously I don’t know from here if the problem is caused by a code conflict between Uncode and this plugin, but it should be a vars fact).
Didn’t help. I’ve contacted the plugin creator. On another note, I need help with the product display template as well. Should I renew my support period?

Hi MSStudio12! Really not sure what is the “complete your shopping” page, it doesn’t seem anything native of WooCommerce, or maybe it’s not the correct term. Anyway, the fields are the one native of WooCommerce even if you use the custom modules, so you can use some of the generic hooks or use a plugin like Loco to create your own ‘translation’ or ‘version’ of the strings and terms.

The fact is that prices are relatively low, and licenses are lifetime. In other marketplaces, you have bundle options, or you can use a theme for multiple websites, but then you have to renew the purchase each year at least one of these websites is online… so in a few years, you end to spend more money. You should review your layouts using this option for the Rows ( https://undsgn.d.pr/1e6sKU ), and this for the Columns ( https://undsgn.d.pr/AJ0135 ), you can also check some similar layouts from the Demo Contents, or from the Wireframe plugins to check how they are created.

Probably you are have not correctly configured your Variable Product, as you can see in Uncode, if properly configured, it works as the default WooCommerce theme. Thanks for the response. I don’t have the account we used to purchase Uncode. When I click “submit a ticket”, the right hand side says to login if you don’t have access to the Envato account connected to the purchase. When I try to login using the account I am using here, and enter my purchase code, I get a message stating that the username connected to the purchase code is invalid. Everything was working fine until the “add to cart” button dissapeared for people logged in as customers & subscribers (but visible for admins). When I change to another theme the “add to cart button” is visible. I guess it happened during the last uncode update. What could be the problem?
