1. theme has no such search, but you can do this via bundled XforWoocommerce plugin or via custom search filter plugins like Search & filter plugin
2. It’s not clear what you want to customize, however, all theme colors, width and general look can be set under Customizer without any code
3. You can write here or privately on support hub

This page can be made in Elementor. It’s just set of custom headings, images with absolute positioning, custom backgrounds applied to columns and icons, nothing special.

You have next custom code somewhere in custom styles of Elementor and this code makes too big height. Remove it and this will remove unwanted height

I think the image can be resized to fit the window, movie can’t. So I believe it would be worth to adjust window to fit the movie without margins – would look obviously more professional. Please advise.

One more time. Theme shows full image of YouTube thumbnail. You can’t crop or resize them, because some videos have no dark areas on thumbnail and some of them have such area.
Can that be customized then?
I don’t know how you plan to customize YouTube images, you can’t control how YouTube makes thumbnails
