Hello

I am using multisite with bridge theme. On one of my subsite visual composer not working just visual composer icon is showing when page edit. On main site Visual Composer working fine. No Error found in console.

I am using your Bridge theme with “Web Hosting” demo. It was fine until recently i updated my theme to latest version and now my theme looks broken and doesn’t match the demo content.

You can compare my site with demo by visiting frontend of site “https://webistan.io”.

I tried to open ticket at your support site but it is saying “my support is expired” against my purchase code.

Please check if you have updated the latest version of the theme and its plugins We do see you forgot to update Bridge core, your version is 2.3.2 and the latest one released is 2.5.9. Actually i needed to “Generate a new dynamic.css file through Theme Options” by going to theme options and save changes after successful update. (As seen from your theme update tutorial)

Hi, I want to translate the ” select option” button which appears on hover on variable products. I check with loco translate and it seems that it is already translated but it keeps saying “select option” at the frontend instead of the translation.

I just installed the theme on a domain. I registered the theme and imported the demo content. For some issues, I had to uninstall wordpress in this domain. The problem is that I didn’t deregister the theme, so now that I reinstalled the theme, I can’t get to register as it says it is registered on another domain… what can I do?

I would like to be able to monetize the web and I would like that the google adsense ads and others could appear in the center of the publication on the home page and not in a side column. I don’t know if that is possible with your template.

In the rest of the publications I want them to appear in the center and the right column, in both positions.

Hi, I bought this theme to develop a site about 1 year ago. The website that was built with these tools and the possibilities it offered for development were lost; I updated the core of my wordpress to version 5.6 and with it the website and its contents were damaged because the compatibility of the plugins (LayerSlider WP & WPBakery Page Builder) were lost, they stopped working correctly causing my site to be without functioning. Try as an alternative to try to do all the work again by installing the theme from scratch with its components and trying to migrate my contents to the new updated site but unfortunately it was impossible, the new versions released come with an error and the components of the previous site require payment for a correct operation, I appreciate clarity on the subject if the development and the money invested in this subject were definitely lost.

You can add your custom CSS to Apperance > Customize > Additional CSS. Our theme styles are minified and you can use the Inspector to detect styles and then simply overwrite them if you need.

Theme is throwing JS errors after the latest WordPress update when certain caching features are enabled. Here is the file and errors its being thrown from. Is all of your code compatible with the newest jQuery libraries that were added to WordPress 5.6?

Please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed. Google also offers PageSpeed Insights for detailed performance testing, though some people from the programming community say that this tool is not as accurate when it comes to analyzing and assessing website performance.

Hello, thanks for your reply! I do have a very good hosting server and am aware of all the things I can do to optimize the speed. Both GTmetrics and google speed insights displayed a very low score for mobile. That’s why I am concerned. Your theme is modern and well-design. I love the look, but speed is my priority.

You can always check the changelog and follow what changes has been done. So if an update includes only new demos, you do not need to update the theme, rather can wait until next update which includes plugin versions or some additional features.
