Trying to activate this theme on www.hardcoremindfulness.com but getting already registered. I no longer use the site the them was originally on…so how to I assign it to this new site? Can you reset the license please? Of course this happens when I no longer have support

From backend i dont see option like this and i try to find in CSS this line of border radius of this button but i cant find it.. can You help to resolve this issue? i updated them, first after i updated GenesisExpo Core plugin everything crashed, and it keeps asking me to activate the theme, i keep adding the theme purchase code with the email but nothing happened !! can you please help me because im in a big trouble

I am experiencing issues with the template. Every time there’s an update on the template Wp Page Bakery builder plugin gets errors and cannot be updated.
As this plugin is required for the template there is no work around it. Having a plugin that is not updated is a security breech and can make the template more vulnerable to attacks.
I’ve been having the same issues just before I launched the website a month ago. Then one of your developers connected to my admin and fixed it. However there has to a proper solution here. Updates are being rolled out often and I need to make sure that the website is not at risk.
Now my support is expired. I need to find a solution. If there is none, I will need a refund as the updates for the plugins that come with the template should be automatic not require additional work from me or you.

I just used the Envato market plugin, update went thru and 5 minutes later got another invite to update WP Bakery plugin. So nothing is solved. I’m sorry but downloading and installing the template is not an option for me. Any other suggestions?

P.S. Slider keeps on breaking all the time and the redirect link from the Button is broken, again for the second time in a week. This is a joke! I can’t be going back to the website and testing it. I want my money back. This is absolutely horrendous experience.
