Hello. Can vendors manage stock status? Because I did not see the stock status on vendor admin page. When they add new product there are only product details but there is not stock manage. For all templates, is only one product added or can more than one be added in the same product? Because in the book sale theme, more than 1 sale can be made from the same book. What should be done to add the stock number?

Hello, Is it possible with the theme to set the commission to, for example, 10% and get this directly via PayPal? So as an example: The seller lists an item and the buyer buys it through PayPal. The seller gets 90% directly transferred to his paypal account and in that case I get the remaining 10% directly to my PayPal account. So that you don’t create an account for the seller and he doesn’t have to manually withdraw his money.

Our theme is compatible with four marketplace plugins (Dokan, WCFM, WCMp & WC Vendors). Depending on which plugin will be used to fulfil the marketplace need, the response for your question might be different.

You can do that by overriding the header template from the parent theme into your child theme. This way you will not lose your changes if you make a theme update.
The header templates can be found in your theme’s directory under the /templates/ directory. You should copy the header number selected from the theme panel – header settings (the active header). —-

At the bottom of the page is “Browse through our products library!” with a search box. How to edit this text as well as the search configuration. The default text or in the text box shows “Search Produ” just like in the demo in Heavy Machinery.

You can simply copy the footer.php from the parent theme in to your child theme and then find for these strings – this way you will safely update the texts (will not be lost on theme update).
Secondly you can change any text from the theme using the Loco translate plugin.

I am currently using the Heavy Machinery Auction theme but can’t seem to use the frontend WPBakery. There is a popup or tooltip notification asking to select frontend or backend but I can’t do it.
I can work on the backend with WPBakery but can it be used here as in the usual way with the frontend as well?
Also, can the Elementor be used alongside the current page or post editor?

1. We do not recommend both Elementor and WPbakery active at the same time. Two page builders can cause compatibility issues, speed problems and confusions.
2. Yes, any demo can be used for both selling products and auctions.

2. How to remove or change the text “Send us an email:” and “Call us toll free:” in the top bar of Heavy Machinery auction theme because when the text in the fields are slightly longer it overflows to the next line and I just want one line as it looks misaligned with two lines and the bar becomes thicker.
3. How to adjust or changes to the height of the header, especially for the first version of the header with the three bars, that is, the top bar, the search and logo bar and the navigation menu bar as it is occupying too big space.
4. How to change the text color in the top bar of the Heavy Machinery auction theme.
5. How to change the text color of the search box, the text, etc. in the logo and search bar of the Heavy Machinery auction theme.

2. If you simply remove the phone number and email address from the theme panel (screenshot) it then it will be disabled from the front end.

A) If an “author” will be a vendor of the site, then this function / possibility to create such a page is already existent on the theme. You need to use Dokan or WCFM Maketplace in order to be able to have vendor profiles (with their listings and details publicly visible).
B. Maybe manually create a blog post or page for each author, and insert a shortcode with his artwork. Is this possible?
Our Reply: Admins can create blog posts with ease (from the WP Dashboard). Products can be listed by ID using a shortcode such as:

If you are using the Free version of the marketplace plugins, no. (Each PRO variant of each marketplace plugin allows limit of listings to be added).
Secondly, the admin sets to approve each auction manually. (It can also be in an automatic way, but there is also this option)

By disabling the multi vendor plugin(s), you will end up with a site where you (the admin) are the seller only (without external vendors).
Buyers can already create accounts in order to bid/purchase products from your site.
For the verification part; what is included with the theme is already listed in our item description (here on ThemeForest), in theme documentation and the live demos.
If you need extra fields for the registration part you can hire a freelancer, hide us (we also have a theme customization service available – for estimates, please send your full brief at https://modeltheme.com/go/theme-customization) or also search for plugins to extend the registration form (in this case the support is not included for 3rd party plugins).

The theme also works perfectly with one vendor only (the case when the admin only is selling products on the site).

2. So, when the time is up and someone is winning an auction, the system will send an email in order to pay the auction. The email will contain details regarding the auction won and also a direct link to complete the order (it is pretty simple and intuitive). Payments can be made on the site, using PayPal, Stripe (cards) or even offline payments (actually any payment method from WooCommerce can be used).
