Age verification does not come included as a feature with the Vino theme however you could possibly achieve this with some third party plugin. Do note that we have not tested this with our theme and cannot guaranty theme compatibility, however, you are always able to test it out on your end for sure.

Hi there, thanks for the great theme “vino”, that I purchased some time ago.

1) Now there is an issue with WP Bakery: Old sites do provide the possibility to use WP Bakery items to be edited as usual. But when trying to use WP Bakery with newly created sites, it doesn’t show up. Sad.

2) Apart from that: How can I update it, when integrated in the theme? Just updating the theme wouldn’t make it, since there are many changes made by the previous developer.

1. & 2. Please check if you have updated your theme and its plugins to the latest version released.If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.

Once we check please understand that unfortunately, there aren’t available widget areas for the divided header type. You can either change the header type or consider enabling the top bar and adding the widgets inside top bar. You could alternatively add Menu with the link to your cart if you wish that.

can I only use the HTML of the main page? the fact is that we are abandoning wordpress but we want to keep the design

Unfortunately no, we don’t have HTML versions of our themes. We are focused on creating WordPress themes that offer you easy management of dynamic content, which is why we are not creating static HTML files.

I have bought your template and I have encountered some problems:

1. I want to add the cart icon and the magnifying glass in the header, but if I choose the divided header, I can’t make them appear.

2. Products do not appear on the store page even though they do exist.

3. Even though I have translated the strings using the Loco Translate plugin, many English words still appear on the Blog page when another language has been chosen for the page.

Hi, after loading the latest version of the template downloaded from envato, I have lost WpBakery from the backend of the page. The frontend site works but I can’t create anything new anymore because it tells me I have to register WPBakery and Vino Theme (but I already registered it more than a year ago).

I do not understand. Should I buy a version of WPBakery? Not included in your theme?

HI – my theme has stopped working properly. Galleries don’t work anymore neither does the blog. No change – just stopped working. Tried to email you but bounces. I am sending to helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com.

Thanks. I ecreated an enavato key and added it. I go to the theme, it says update available. I click to update and then get a red error saying “Update failed, the theme is at the latest version”

I looked in a different place and this time it allowed update. It appears to have reinstated everything. Thanks guys for help anyway.

Greetings, I’m quite interested in purchasing your Theme, but before I do. I’d like to incorporate a Booking system in for the Winery such as seating or events like weddings etc etc. I know I can download a third party plugin but how will it work with the theme ? Our theme is compatible with all WooCommerce official extensions that can be found here https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/

However any booking feature is not included within our theme, you could possibly achieve this by using a third party plugin for this purpose. But please note that we cannot guaranty theme compatibility as they have not been tested with our theme.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out.

Hi Guys, Why does gallery image in a carausel after few rounds opens in a new page and not in a pop up. While the option chosen is popup some images open in a new page instead of popup. Could you please tell me how I fix this?

Possible this is due to some conflict with our theme, so if you do use any third party plugins please try to deactivate those to see if the issue will be resolved, as this is not a common issue we have encountered before.
