HEllo, I just bought the theme, and whan installing the main package .zip, and choosing the theme in wordpress, I get an 500 error page, and my websit and wordpress admin is unavailable (Error 500) please tell me there is a solution

I have installed theme and import demo and Wpbackery is not working

If you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file.
When it comes to WPBakery, we can only guess what might be the issue, It might be related to WordPress version 5.6, and can be reproduced even on the default WordPress themes. We have notified the developers of the WPBakery plugin about this.
In the meantime, you can try to disable the Gutenberg editor under WPBakery General Settings tab.

I had some problems with the malargüe.ar domain where the bridge theme was installed and I had to delete it but I couldn’t deactivate it before.
Now it tells me that it is installed in another account or domain, which is wrong because it was installed in a beta folder: malargüe.ar / beta

Hi, I have purchased this theme, with a regular license on November 2017 and never used it. Now I am trying to activate it on a website but page loads with no result, and if I try to submit a ticket on your help desk, I receive a message with “Support expired” but I am not asking for support, I just need my license to be activated in order to use it. I am experiencing the same problem with another theme (Stockholm), and there is no way to activate and no way to submit a ticket (same reason – support expred), but in both cases I have a regular license that I have never used. I cannot get the header to show my menu on any of my pages until I scroll. I want to adjust the size of the logo too. NONE of the links are working for the pages in the menu. Hi. I want to importa a demo in my domain. I’ve entered the purchase code and email in and it says “Code is already registered for other domain”. Hi, How do i check which domain name is using my license key? and how to request registration if required? i tried emailing support but it wont as my support have expired. Hi. I’m looking forward to buy this theme for my 2 websites, viz sidriinternational.in and sidriinternational.com .I’m already having aviana theme by mikado but want to upgrade to bridge. Since I’m new to WordPress, I’ve little to no knowledge about the installation of the theme. Though I have seen every single video of bridge installation on YouTube but I’m unable to find a video that shows how can i install bridge over my current theme. Currently, whenever I install any theme(Past experience : Astra), it just simply override my live website settings making it messy. I wish to install bridge as it is… With all the default layout came out of the box. Is it possible to do so?
Also, can I buy 2 same themes from the same envato account without having issues with license. * Earlier we used 2 different email address to buy aviana.

Thanks for taking an interest! First of all, we do recommend all to import the demo on a clean installation. You can for sure import it over your existing content, however then we would recommend you to always make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content will get overwritten sometimes.
Also as our demo content is made with page builder we cannot guaranty that your previous content is made with the same builder, so you will probably have to adjust your existing content to suit our themes demo content.’
You can for sure buy 2 licenses with the same account as each purchase has different license.

Hi ! I wanted to bring light on a bug I’ve found with the vertical menu. When the option Vertically Center Content is enabled, the anchor link on the logo doesn’t work anymore. If other people have this issue, just desactivate the option in the Header section and it works again.

Thanks for writing in! The file swiper.min.js.map is not one of the theme files. We do not bundle the source map files for the JS code within the theme. There’s only the swiper.min.js file in the bridge/js/plugins folder:

This allows you to regenerate the original JS file from a minified version in your browser’s debugger. The source map is only used for this, and only if your browser is configured to request source maps for debugging purposes. This file has no use other than debugging, so it does not affect functionality in any way.
Most likely, this issue has occurred because your browser is configured to use JS Source Maps. Take a look at the following threads for more information:
