I am using single hotel modern template of this theme. For payment gateway, i am using theme provided Modal Window Gateway. Its not working out, even if yiu check your provided demo, there as well when the client receives the confirmation mail, the link does not land at the right place and nothing shows up. I have already submitted the ticket as well, its number is Ticket ID: 18762. Please help me sort out this issue. Waiting for a prompt and detailed resposne from your side.

HI My issue is still pending, Email confirmation does not work properly, Although this function appears in your demo as well but Your support guy is saying that, this feature will be available in future. If a feature is not available for the time being, then what is the purpose to show it in the demo?

Hi, Aside from some bugs/errors , one of the reasons i didn’t use this theme is the lack of Flight service in the Modern layout. I want you to answer for me the following questions please: 1: Is there any chance that you will return the Flight service to the Modern layout? If yes, when? and if no, why what is the problem? 2: Can I/You(extra money) custom code or manually add the Flight Service in the Modern layout? I hope you will give a clear answer. Thanks

1) Unfortunately, due to Theme’s supported features & functions there are some inconveniences things to keep Flight service in Modern layout so we had removed this already. We won’t return it back in the future.
2) At this present we do not provide custom code so please ask for other 3rd party who have experiences & technical skill to support this for you.

The “ICal sysc” that allows us to manually import that ICal file externally to the calendar by clicking the “Import Button” for that corresponding rental works fine. The issue is that we would like to trigger that import button automatically by calling the code without having to manually click the Import button in each of the rentals.
I’ve looked into some of files where the code for the button is being executed Including:
Wp-content/themes/traveler/inc/class/class.ical.sysc.php
Is there any way to call the code that executes the import button for the “Ical Sysc” for each corresponding rental automatically without having to manually click the button?

Hello, I have imported all the data from the theme and trying to search hotel through search hotel page. The results are not coming. I can see multiple hotels and tooms avaiilable on that date. Please let me know what should we do to get the hotel search result. My query on the page is based on place, dates and traveller. If I go to the search result page, this is also coming as blank. On the other side, activities result page is showing all the configured results. We also checked your documentation and it was suggested to perform “sync”. After syncing, we are able to search on hotel./room. The results based on city is still coming blank.

Screen elements of blog is not responding.
“Some screen elements can be shown or hidden by using the checkboxes. They can be expanded and collapsed by clickling on their headings, and arranged by dragging their headings or by clicking on the up and down arrows.” as it shows in blog screen setting.
But When I try to drag the Screen elements below words content back to right side, it is not responding. When I try to using the checkboxes to select menu of Screen elements, it is not responding either.
It is killing me, becasue I could not upload blog featured image, could not choose blog category.
I want to know how to make Screen elements back to right side as default? And how to make them responding?
