Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.
It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com
Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

1. For the Porto Functionality plugin, please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and then go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try to Install the Porto Functionality from there, I am sure it will work for you.
2. For the WP Bakery plugin, please delete the old version of the plugin from your site and download the very latest version of the plugin from the below-given article and Install and Activate it on your site, it will work for you.

1. No need to purchase any plugin until and unless you want to use the plugin pro/premium features.
2. Cupon Code is the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin, you can read more about it in the below-given links, and if you want you can try with any free plugin as well.

The categories in top menu use Awesome icons.
The issue is now that you have designed and sold the template with shop 26 content that must have Awesome icons above each top menu category to make it appealing. After changing/deleting old categories those useless icons have evaporated.
The Awesome pro icons would be ok for my site but that require $99 annually to access them.
I have no desire to subscribe $99 per year for their premium icons. The basic ones are not suitable for my shop.
What options do I have to add vector graphic icons but avoiding Awesome?

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can only set the FontAwesome Icons for the Menu items, This is the default functionality of the Theme and this is how it works, if you want to use Custom Icons or Vector Images then this requires Customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend to contact our customization team or hire a developer.

I’m looking to disable the product single page. There was some CSS added in a previous comment which kind of works. It disables the image link and changes the way the title link works however the title link will still work with this option.
Do you have a new method or possible PHP to disable the loop?

That is the block and has been set using Porto Block header element under Header Builder as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/Xrm3Sj1b so it means that section is coming from Blocks, and you have to go to Blocks and finds and edit the particular block with Elementor and set the URL from there as per your requirements.

Please follow all the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue, and if not then remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP Admin Login details and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customization as well via our support system so that we will check it for you on your site and provide you the best possible solution for it.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.

The Main Menu settings and many other in Theme options are not making any affect on the page menu and other areas. How can I work further if just simply changing font size or type in the Main Menu list of settings I see no resulted change on my page. Can someone look into this before I full gave up on this product.
