I have a issue, my theme update automatically and now i can t edit anything!!

The interface is different and i received a message that says… “The preview could not load due the iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or customizations introducing a php error”

We dont do anythign about this!! Even if i go to theme options gives the same error.

PLEASE HELP!!!

The google map is showing error: “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.” My support has expired and just to get this fix I shouldn’t have to renew nearly $50 to fix this. I also noticed this error is showing in your demo site. Is there a fix and if not, can you tell me when it will be? Thanks

Also want you to know I created an GOOGLE API for the map and it still wont work.

Never mind… I went ahead and paid the $44 dollars…wow.

You were on the right track with the API key. Google stopped allowing maps to display properly without one. I’m not sure why it wouldn’t work if you have that inputted. All of our support is handled in the forum here: http://theme.co/forum

Hi. I now im out of support :) But i have a problem after update from 6.x to 7.x to 8.x.

I can access page over cornerstone most of the times it shows me something like “Uh Oh! Content failed to save!” In backend the page looks good in the frontend it shows me the shortcodes like [x_custom_headline level=”h5” looks_like=”h5” accent=”false” class=”heading-decor heading-decor—abs” style=”color: #142e77;”]Room/x_custom_headline

When i check dev console. I see Failed to save. Object Ve @ app.6e37efe.js:42

How can i fix that? As i told before i know im out of support range :) But i need some help :)

I am having problems with anchor links using one page navigation menu with X-Theme – Ethos when upgrading to Wordpress 5.6. The anchor links/menu are only working if I use jQuery migrate. No errors are reported in browser console.

Dear Envato, the sales page says that the author offers 6 months of support. I only asked a simple question when my settings were not being saved and you put my comment under review. All my queries go unanswered. I know you will place this comment under review as well but is this the kind of support offered?

Hi, I just updated Pro to 4.0.11 and now have problems with my sliders on existing pages. Where did you move the individual page settings within Pro to activate and select sliders below the header? It’s no longer on the General Settings within Pro, and in the Wordpress editor, my page shows slider deactivated even though the slider is still on the page.Thanks!

Updated the theme and the Theme Options does not work – Php 7.4 version? What is the problem?

Its not the theme. I restored the theme and nothing was fixed. Once I restored Cornerstone plugin the theme options started to work again. Since the theme needs to work with Cornerstone what is the work around with updating the plugin and having the theme to work?

Hello, I’m using the X theme and I struggle to find where I can manage the active link color for the header. In the theme options, under the header section, there’s a link color but no option for the active link, which seems to be white by default. How can I change this? Thank you!

I have a site steveharland.co.uk using x theme purchased via theme forest. It has been OK for approximately 2 years. Suddenly some home page elements are missing from my site. So I went to look at / edit a page via cornerstone. Cornerstone seems to have stopped working properly. I can see the sections of each page on the left, but nothing appears in the main window, it’s blank apart from the header and footer for regular pages. Although editing the home page shows the header/slider/footer. So I downloaded a fresh copy of x from theme forest and FTP’d the theme and cornerstone up to the server. I cleared the browser cache and the site cache and the server cache. It’s still not working. I have x v:8.0.4 and cornerstone v: 5.0.9. installed. Merry Christmas, Can you help?

There would definitely be some work to get a site built on v1.7 to the latest version as a lot has changed in 7 years :)

Your best bet would be to rebuild it using the latest features and page builder (Cornerstone wasn’t even out back then).

Hello! I want to buy X Theme, but I have questions:

If I activate the X theme on the test site www.TEST.site.com, make the settings and test it, and then transfer it to the production site www.site.com Can I activate the theme again?

How many times can a theme be activated and on how many sites?

Hi Pavel,

The license is for a single use so if you wanted to use X on say 3 sites you would need 3 regular licenses. Having said that, each license allows you to validate both a staging and development environment. More info can be found here.

Hi, I have purchased a licence but not yet used it. I wondered if I wanted to make a website relating to home security such as CCTV, Alarms, Fingerprint scanner would the pre installed icons be sufficient or would I need to buy a external icon pack? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. X (and Cornerstone) doesn’t have a way to add external icon packs but we do include Font Awesome which most site creators find sufficient to illustrate things on their site. You might just need to bring in a few custom images for your design.

Theme does not work properly and had to install jQuery Migrate so it works properly again. Is there going to be an update to fix this?

We are releasing an update soon with new features and also corrections to address some WordPress 5.6 compatibility issues.
