I have installed the Envato plugin to auto-update the RH theme. It is still showing version 12.6 on my site.
Is the Envato plugin working or do I have to update it manually?

From what I noticed so far, the plugin saved the data of each offer in the dbprefix_cegg_product table and now after I did the import I checked and the table is empty, instead, I noticed that it saves the information in dbprefix_post_meta with meta_key _cegg_data_Offer … the problem is that we will have very many products and the initial version in which he used a separate table for offers was a more optimal one and helped us to load the site more quickly. Theme doesn’t save any data for Content egg. You can write to author of Content egg if you have questions how it works and where it saves fields and data
Hi, This is about bonus plugins, I have read the documentation and it says you can download the updated plugin from the Rehub plugin section but I checked Slider Revolution (Version 6.2.23 (15th September 2020)) it’s available only in this Version when I upload the plugin it says a new version available and I checked with Slider Revolution home page and its updated version is Version 6.3.3 (10th December 2020)
My question is how can I update the latest plugin

Hi, is it possible to combine WPAI with importWP. I would use WPAI for first import (becasue it has better filters) and importWP only for price update (because its easier to setup). If yes, is there some special setting, or some special fields?
It can work if you set the same SKU for products
also for content egg, I think, but here must be also the same ID of offer.

Since the recent updates of Wordpress the Rehub Theme has an issue with editing post category’s. I cannot edit the description because it seems blocked in HTML mode. When I go to text mode I can put some text in it, but the save button does not save it all the time.

Hi, I try tu use compare products by sku, so I imported same products with same SKU with WPAI, I see all 3 products with different names and descriptions and with the same SKU – thats ok. After I open the product in browser the others offers are not visible. But once I re-save product under woocommerce product also other offers with the same sku are visible for this product. Do I need to refresh something after import?

I am trying to put autocontents shortcode automatically in all posts (in theme code areas). Most of them doesn’t work, only [rh_side_contents]. But I want to insert this shortcode before first H2, but there is no option. And even using [rh_side_contents] before content, it looks that it’s not compatible with adsense ads as the space between ads and text increase. I tried inserting shortcode in ad inserter plugin but it doesn’t work. Any way to fix this? Thank you

I had after the update today the same problem like RajonDraper. My homepage shows just the animated circle of loading the page and nothing happens, all the other pages are working. I just find out, that when I deactivate the “Enable preloader” at the “Homepage Realdeal grid” site, everything is working! Is it a bug?

this will fix it. But this is not correct. Hosting must have solution to clean cache. Otherwise you will have problems after each theme and plugin updates

My actual home page is stuck on the red spinner (not loading). When I preview all the front pages of Redeal (Homepage Redeal Grid, homepage redeal list, homepage with webP) they are all stuck on the red spinner when you preview them.
All the other pages load fully.

After hours of touching everything, I finally found it (seems other people have the issue). Pages => Homepage => edit => page options on the right sidebar => unchecked Enable Preloader
this is not reason. Preloader is disabled automatically if page is loaded. Currently you have error on page so preloader can’t stop loading
Ok but this is the only solution I found. When I uncheck I can see the page finally. It’s only on your homepages (list, grid etc..).

I will add update to listing builder and it will be possible to set custom width and height for columns directly from Elementor, so, you can play with them. Anyway, in current point you have too much items per row, it’s can be used only for full width template

You can’t have 7 items in row and expect to work it correctly with sidebar. Remove sidebar or reduce amount of items in listing builder

you can’t remove title column, but you can move it on separate row in options of listing builder. Also, one meta column must be removed. Also, I added update to this part, you can remove css code and add height, colors, margins for meta part in options now

We didn’t downgrade anything. Use actual version and it will work. If you see wrong homepage, go to settings- reading and choose Reviewit homepage as your homepage
When I download your new version and upload the files it says you reverted back to an older version it didnt say a new version came out.
