It has been over a day already after your recent update has been installed and ruined my website!

Hello. Can you please assist me with a problem with one of your demo content? I imported the SASS Home demo page, I am able to edit it with elementor except for the top section where it says “The Dashboard to Manage All your Products”. When the page first loads up, it recognizes the text block, but after the page is fully loaded, the only thing I am able to edit is column. Nothing inside of it. Hi, the new blocks are totally broken with WMPL, I can’t fix anything. Also I cannot view visual blocks as before, all I see is the classic text editor and it’s a gibberish of code. It was so much better before. Help.

Can you please make sure that you have updated the Theme to the very latest version 6.0.1, If no then update and check back and if yes then please deactivate all the third party plugins on your site and check back, if the issue will still presist then remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.
I’m trying to update the theme but getting Purchase code is not valid message. Also I’m using it on localhost as I currently dont have the hosting for my project. Please advice.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.
It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com
Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

I have just tested it at my end with the latest Theme on my test site and it is working perfectly fine at my end.
Please make sure that you have set/selected the Body Wrapper as “Boxed” from Appearance >> Theme Options >> General and then set the Container Max Width (px) from Appearance >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Layout as per your requirements it will work for you.
It only works with and for the Boxed Layout.

the mobile version of my website (layout shop 18) is broken after recent updates (I’ve just updated to the latest version and it looks the same).
The top gray are should take 50% of the screen (your shop demo 18) on mobile phones, not it takes like 20%.
Checked on iOS (various models and iOS versions).
I’ve opened a ti cket, but no response there.
I urgently need help from the support! They’ve closed the ticket without resolving the issue (the video they’ve attached shows excatly the persisting issue) and, furthermore, made the whole thing worse: now the top takes 100% of the screen instead of 50%.

Hello! I realised that no any animations (like FadeIn and so on) work on mobile versions – is it possible to turn them somethere on or they are blocked permanently for some reasons?

Sorry to say that but this is not an issue. Due to small screens of mobile phones. those element Animations do not work there because animations need proper scrolling and screen size to work. So they do not work on mobile. Animations only work on the desktop version of the site.

Hi, after updating your theme I have an issue on the topbar. Minicart item appears differently then it did. At the right side of the item I have a text `0 items` which is very annoying and makes the topbar looking bad. How can I remove this text?
