I have some pre sale question.
I want to build a hotel market places where partners can load and manager their hotels, but the stays are not overnight, they are just for 1 single day.
There are no “Rooms” but there would be the equivilent “Package Type”
I would want to charge per person with different prices per for adults and children.
Please can you let me know if thats possible with customisation ?

Bought theme last week, opened a ticket, and nearly 7 days later... no response. Ticket ID: 18877Opened two other tickets regarding other issues. Got two useless answers: Ticket ID: 19011 and Ticket ID: 19014. Your agent didnt read the issues, just linked to a video that is not a solution, and gave a solution that doesnt work for the other ticket.Ive never had such poor support.Please give support in time and offer real solutions.Regards

Hello, I just want to know if your theme supports a Hotel with multiple branches and also WpBakery pagebuilder.
We already have a hotel with three branches in different locations and we would want to create separate pages for each of the branches with each branch showing only rooms for each locations on the page. Thanks

We have support option which can able for you to add hotel in three different location. In more detailly that you will create the same 3 name of Hotel, and each of Hotel you create rooms then you assign each hotel to each location. Then, you will have 3 hotel (which actually one same names & rooms).
Those 3 hotels will be managed and control as 3 separate hotels.

How to do it a search location where you can type the location instead of selecting the cities avalaible? But is possible to type a location that is not configured? for example i type the name of the street that i live and the map show the nearest locations?

Hi, I like a theme and want to buy it. 1. I’m worried about how your demo works and I will have problems. I read written about it here 3years ago and the problem still present is really scary.
2. Couldn’t the map be Google here? https://remap.travelerwp.com/search-rental-half-map/3. Will I be able to use this topic to upload hotels, rooms and apartments, cars, etc. from various sources, as in my site to pay a percentage for the reservation
4. Will I be able to divide the sites not only by cities but for example: Mountain, Rural tourism, sea and to be able to search by such criteria

6. Is there a calendar where I can easily view all reservations and will I be able to synchronize with the bigest sites?
7. Can I use the paid version of Gtranslate to make my site multi-language
8. I want to be the only Host I don’t want users to be able to upload anything I want to have the option to just book and rent.

1. I have passed to our Dev to check on demo already, we will inform to you as soon as possible.
2. Sure, you can use google map. We have support both google map & mapbox you you select one of them to use in theme.
3. Do you mean about partner features? If yes, we have support partner function in theme already which allow them to register and sell their own product in your site.
4. For the location, you can just need to add the name of location which shown in map then customers can search for the destination. We mean that, not only location must be city, but also can be another kind of destination.
5. Sorry, we need more detail description to answer this question.
6. All the bookings will be mark and display in each service. For example, if you want to check booking of hotel you can access to Hotel -> Hotel bookings, then can see the list.
7. We have support compatible with WPML plugin for multi-site only, and we not yet support compatible with Gtranslate plugin yet.
8. You can turn off register option so no one can register in your site to upload.

As this Razorpay feature is very important for my business to accept money from client , i would need full support of yours to get the things resolved .
While browsing on Mobile, On check out page at the bottom , where there is an option to opt for payment method weather it is paypal or razor pay ! The tick box to opt for razor pay method is not displaying .
