I’m not exactly sure what you mean, but that does not sound like it is within the features of the theme and is something you would need to modify on your own.

Unfortunately, this theme has not been officially tested with Elementor, so I cannot guarantee that it is 100% compatible.
I noticed there’s incompatibility issues with ZoxPress and the latest version of Wordpress 5.6 particularly the jQuery Migrate. The Social Media buttons at the bottom stopped working when scrolling in mobile. ¿Cuándo lo solucionarán?

The theme uses Google Fonts, so any other fonts you would like to use would need to be imported on your own.

Please provide an example of what you mean by an “announcement”. And users logging in and posting ads is not a feature of the theme, but that is more of a general WordPress question and you may be able to use a plugin to accomplish that.
