Ticket ID: 18811 not yet resolved theme is very buggy been having this persistent problem with some listings not showing either on frontend or on search. i have already cleared the data and entered as per them even sync availability and price no of times. Very bad support i have been requesting on my ticket to please fix but no success ticket generated on 5th jan 2021 got initial reply on 7th jan 2021 for giving ftp access since then nothing from them. regreting buying this theme our business has suffered due to this very disappointed anyway i still hope our problem is fixed and ticket resolved hopefully. NOTE: If u want to list multiple hotels be aware to many problems. Hope themeforest also take note of this as i have previously bought other product from here no complains this time very disappointed.

It is not saving the price in Tours. When I set price in backend y shows 0 in front end. It is not saving the price. Please check

Our system will auto get data & display data from “Availability” section, so when you create a tour, not only setup the price in “tour price”, you need also click on “Availability” section then setup price in there.
One more thing, please make sure that you are running out last updated version 2.9.1 cause in few version ago we had fixed this price issue already.

I tried updating the theme, but every time I update it, it removes all the prices and replaces my inquiry form in all tours. any ideas why?

Make sure that if you had any custom code in Theme, you have done it in child-theme (not parent theme). Moreover, you site there is no any other 3rd party plugin activated this is the main reason of broken site after update. You can check on our supported plugin here:

If yes, you can consider tour service from Theme, then you manual translate Tour to “Honeymoon trip”
In tour service, we have support Tour package option which allow admin to create a package which included hotel (rooms/ car/ activity), it almost match your need. Please check on this documentation and video guide for more detail:

That’s great I’ve been told that a number of times now, I can’t get updates and I can’t access the templates available in WPBAKERY which is included in the theme. If a plugin is included and theres a “extended license” to your customers then there has to be full functionality within that plugin to justify your sales pitch.
WPBakery Frontend editor does NOT work on some themes which is very frustrating.
I’ll go through support but I wont be recommending this theme to anyone else or using it with clients.
