Website was working perfectly for a number of years. As of a few days ago we noticed the mobile menu is not responding and nothing is showing (desktop version is fine). Did the most recent theme update and has not resolved. Assistance required please.

ok! but when it’s planned to check this and solve? now the situation is than on sites with latest Ark autoresponder for forms is not working almost for month (15 Dec, as dated latest Ark version)). it is urgent issue in my case (I’m sure for others too) because I connect mailchimp, flamingo with ark forms using autoresponder section)!

Hey guys, you’ll need to update the Ark manually – this is the first time ever after 4 years, we’ve introduced a bug in the update system. We’ve addressed it in the later verrsion.
You will need to update the Ark theme manually then. Updating manually is pretty straightforward and wont loose you any data. Your changes are stored in database and you are not messing with database, so you are fine 
1.) De-activate Ark theme (WP Admin -> Appearance -> Themes)
2.) De-activate plugins Fresh Framework and Ark Core (WP Admin -> Plugins)
3.) Delete Ark theme in your (WP Admin -> Appearance -> Themes)
4.) Delete Fresh Framework and Ark Core plugins (WP Admin -> Plugins)
5.) Download new Ark package from ThemeForest (in your Downloads section)
6.) Upload new Ark package (via your WP Admin or FTP client)
7.) Activate Ark and install the required plugins (Fresh Framework and Ark Core)
8.) Tadaa and you are updated

Hi. I use dark background for the site but when I set the footer to “none” it displays a huge white gap under the bottom of the page. How can I solve this?
Secondly, when I want to remove the “website” or any other unnecessary fields from the comment form, it removes the enitre input field area. I guess there is a bug with it.

1.) Well if the content is not huge enough, it will not push the footer down. So you will need to address this on your own vi CSS
2.) No bug, the fields should not be removed
they are there according to WP standards. You can hide them via CSS.

I’m having issues specifically with the button and image modules in the editor. There’s an error when looking at the module and when you go to edit the images or buttons, nothing shows up in the module settings.
WP and Ark are recently updated to the latest versions and I’m running the latest version of PHP.

When i try to update to the new version, i get the following message
Fresh Framework cannot be downloaded, update cannot be processed, reason: problem with downloading
I belive this is casuing issues with my site. There is a bank white screen for about 30 seconds before the site loads. When i try a diffrent theme, i do not get this issue.

Hi, upgraded the wordpress to 5.6 and the theme to 1.51.0, but facing a weird issue: to edit the page/post without enabling Fresh Builder, it’s fine; after enabling and editing with Fresh Builder, save, close and click Edit again, the edit page shows the 404 error. Can you please confirm this happens at your side too?

to be more specific, how I created the bug:
1) Add new Page 2) under the wordpress default edit mode, create a page “Test” 3) Leave the content blank, click “Publish” 4) Once published, click “edit with fresh builder” 5) Choose “Add section from library” 6) choose “numbered list” (the first one apperared) 7) Quick Save 8 ) View Page 9) ‘Edit Page’, then you will see the 404 error
However, select other section from library may not necessary see the bug. I believe there are other sections may cause the bug as well. Please advise. Thank you!

I think the issue is that you cannot have page title/slug “test”. I don’t know the reason as I have not looked into it further but I have stumbled upon this myself some time ago so perhaps it is the same issue.

actually no, it happens to posts and page even if it’s not “test” in title.
maybe some extra clues: When I tried to click “updates”, under “Ark”, it also shows 404 not found error page
the bug of the “Updates of “Ark” is because of the codes ”<?php” on line 26 of /fresh-framework/framework/themes/updates/class.ffAdminScreenUpdatesViewDefault.php
But my 404 error on Post/Page still remains

I have just updated to the most recent version and the fresh editor layout got broken. Absolutely all of the control elements have moved to the right pane. I cannot understand how to push them back. The only workaround for now is expanding the element. But it makes the theme almost unusable.
Clearing fresh builder cache doesn’t help. Disabling and enabling this plugin doesn’t help either.
Basically this is how it looks right now: https://imgur.com/a/4acfPbHAlso, I cannot understand how to add a language picker, there doesn’t seem to be a function for that.
P.S. Earlier today I updated WP to 5.6. I was forced to revert because half of the website was broken. Likely it is related to jQuery deprecation
P.S.2 adding a new page has turned into an IQ test as well. You have to switch to a default editor to set new page title. Otherwise you won’t be able to create a page.

Hey. I rolled back to the previous wordpress version a few hours before the theme update. But after updating my theme, Fresh Editor’s layout got completely insane.
All of the page editing tools have moved to the right pane as you can see from the screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/4acfPbH
I can’t figure out how to fix it, it is extremely inconvenient, editing something is just a huge pain.
Will WordPress update fix it? I fear to do that because last time browser console was flooded with jquery errors.

First of all you should always test updates on Staging server first, especially if it’s a mission critical site, like an eshop for example.
To answer your last question, you will need to update to latest WordPress eventually so you might as well do it now. Latest Ark is compatible with it so as far as Ark is concerned you should not have issues. It is possible some other 3rd party plugins will give you issues, some of them will not be updated for new WP as fast as Ark was or perhaps never. If that happens you should go back to old version of WordPress (and everything else) just to have it stable, and then look for alternatives to the problematic plugins, sandboxing them on a Staging server.

Yes, there will be a small transition period because WP added jQuery 3 into core which is not 100% compatible with various existing codes and they need refactoring. I think almost all WP sites in general will experience these issues, in their own ways, since the WP update doesn’t “just work” as was the case in the past. But we are here for you of course and rest assured we are working on it. Expect Ark update soon.

1.51 is ok, but, currently it is not possible to set a font in the header area. The select menu has no funktion.
