I’ve read about the further optimization. Which the7 coincidentally, are going to release later this week. Combined with the Fast Velocity Minify plugin, it yields a shocking performance boost.
Will this velocity plugin be conflicting with other cache plugins like wp rocket, and or assest cleanup pro. / perfmatters?
As we spend over 2 days to have the theme reach 96 on pagespeed desktop and 60 on mobile.
Hi! I see no reason why one would need to use more than one cache plugin. Anyway, if you don’t turn on same functionality in two plugins simultaneously, there is a chance they will work without conflicts.

60 on mobile seems like not much, but it’s actually pretty good for a multipurpose theme.
According to our data, 65-85 on mobile is a maximum you can get without abusing Google’s Lighthouse evaluation algorithms.
In your particular case I would not struggle to squeeze additional 10-20 points on mobile IF compatibility issue(s) arise.
However, if FVM will play nicely with your caching plugin, you can get free 10-20 points. Which is always a great thing

When using visualcomposer and add gallery on page… thos do not open the gallery page, it opens it as a lightbox. I tested all forms, but it always opens lightbox. I need the clonk on gallerie open the gallery page.. not lightbox.

Lite mode was first introduced as an experimental feature couple of versions ago. What it does is disables the WPBakery-specific code. Also, some of the jQuery-dependant code for “above the fold” content was rewritten with vanilla JavaScript.
It is already very well tested. But theoretically, it can cause some compatibility (or other unexpected) issues. Therefore it is still an option that can be quickly disabled should the issue arise.
The lite-mode is enabled by default for new The7 installations. And it can be enabled on older ones.
By itself, the lite-mode does very little in terms of performance. However, it is a vital groundwork for further optimization. Which we, coincidentally, are going to release later this week. Combined with the Fast Velocity Minify plugin, it yields a shocking performance boost.

Sorry but i have buy 8 license of your theme and all of these are support out… I thinks that if a client buy many license are ok that have more support… I must spend 25 euro for a question ? I know very well your theme but is possible that i have one dubt… and 25 euro for a question with 8 theme that i have buy i think are more expensive… In all case I accept the rules… This is only a personal reflecion… I solve my problem with manual change of group of post that have a bar but is not visible becouse are post imported from joomla site… Thank’s veru much and my compliment for your template that is the best… have a nice day…

You asked for an activation code for WPBakery, and our colleague explained that bundled plugins don’t need to be activated. You can update the plugin through The7 -> Plugins. Please make sure you are acquainted with the theme guide https://guide.the7.io/blog/user-guide/plugins/updating-plugins/

I have been using the plugin facebook for woocommerce for a few years. after doing some updates there seems to be a conflict with wpbakery page builder. making editing products impossible. just wondering if i should contact them or if you had any wisdom to impart. thx again. bought your theme 5 times. love it.
