Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

That is not the sidebar but the Side Header built using Header Builder, Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type >> Header Builder and then click on “Header Presets” and set that header for your site, finally publish it and check back your site after removing the browser cache.
I cant install any of the Themebuilders and revolution slider, it keeps saying it failed. When I try to install the plugins manually via ftp I can see that the versions of these plugins dont match the required version for this theme.

You can do it using the Header Builder Feature. You have to use Header Builder on your site, you can read all about it here in the Theme Documentation:

There are two Headers you can set using Header Builder Feature on your site, Desktop Header, and Mobile Header.
Now the only Options for setting Logo in Header Builder is Logo Element: https://ibb.co/0t8cFLY
And there are two different Headers you can set for Desktop and Mobile as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/jhtkddq
But the issue is the Logo element is only one, So whether you set it under Desktop Header or under Mobile Header it will show the same Logo you set on your site from Porto >> Theme Options >> General >> logo Icons.
So there is only one way or you can say a trick.

And Use HTML Element on Mobile version Header and set your Logo in HTML Field using HTML Code, it will work for you as showing in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/Tqkm65W

I have just tested this at my end with the very latest version of the Theme and finds the same issue, it means this option has some issue with the latest version of the Theme, I am very sorry for all the inconvinaince for now and very thankfull to you for notifying this issue to me, I am forwerding this to our deveopment department for testing and fixing it with the upcoming update of the Theme so please be patience for now and again apologizing for the inconviniance.

1. Yes, you can, you have to use a Multilanguage plugin like WPML and it will work for you as you want.
2. Porto WordPress itself is the highly optimized Theme, and it has the Speed Optimization Wizard as well for speeding up the site, so no problem from the Theme end, otherwise, you can try with some cache plugins as well.
3. The Child Theme is only the name of the single functions.php file, and it has been used for Customization work so that the Customization will not loose whenever you will update the Theme in the future, so obviously, if you do not want any Customization work then no need to use Child Theme and simply go with the Parent Theme.

How do you enable “the top & bottom” sticky cart once product is added in the elementor “single product” theme builder. This option has been bee added on the porto dashboard but no working on my product page once a product is added.

It is the default functionality of the theme that sticky add to cart is only working in prebuild layouts for products. custom product layout builder is for users so they can create their own styles from scratch and do customization as per their own needs so functionalities of default layouts do not work there. if they work there too then there is no need to add the feature of custom product layout user can use any prebuild layout if they need the same structures and features in the custom layout too.
So the bottom line is if you want to use the sticky add to cart functionality, you have to use the pre-built layout of the single product page.
