But I do not understand why you cannot download or install through Envato Plugin update. The envato end dashboard is managed by Envato team (not us), and the envato plugin update it is working with the API you generate from the Envato account (also managed by envato)
What we can do is check the envato plugin setup in your site and try to click on the update buttons for you if you have all set as in the help (full backup as well)

Hi! Great theme! Is there a way I can add list of similar listings inside one listing? So, I have a house with 4 apartments (app1, app2, app3, app4), and I would like to put inside app1 a section “similar apps” that would list the other apartments (app2, app3, app4). Do you have an idea how I can do this?

If you have a few listings you can use the current similar llistings and show similar listings by category only, making sure you use the same category for properties you wish to be in similar.This would imply to change in code similar listings to be by category only (which could be done follow this https://help.wprentals.org/article/similar-listings/)

Hi, I want to use this theme for both flat rant and hotel booking. It is awesome for flats. Can you tell me how can I manage hotels? They have different rooms and I couldn’t be sure can I use this theme or not?

Hi tatuncer, Thank you for the follow up. I just saw you purchased the theme and thank you for that as well. Are you asking about a plugin that can manage hotels in our current dashboard? That would not be possible I Am afraid. What we have is the possibility to redirect the booking form to any url you wish. So if you have a plugin that could allow to book hotels or a 3rd party website for this, you could use the URL redirect.

Hello, I am very happy with this theme but I have a problem with the messages. When an unregistered user sends a message to the owner from the listing page, he writes his email in the email field, but when the owner sends the reply, the user never gets it. Also, in administration in section “Messages” you can see the “FROM” field has a correct email, but the “TO” field is empty, meaning the system didn’t save the users email. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

The inbox can reply to users registered only. Emails sents by not registered people cannot get replies because they do not register. For that reason we have highlighted the header like this https://prnt.sc/xcniob – The messages go to email in this case and replies should be sent by email.
We cannot register the users when they send a message. But we can guide you to disable the code that allows users to send emails as not registered and force them to register before.
We actually had this initially and at clients request we opened the contact form to every user (logged in and not logged in). But the only way to reply from dashboard to all users is that all users register before they send a message.

What you wish to do implies to create a 2nd variation of the wpestate_select_email_type function for “inbox” – which is the name used for the email sent to inbox and then create a second version of email headers for this situation.
It is the best I can guide you.

Hello. I have checked the options for “Instant booking” on my listings, and installed woocommerce with a paypal paymment option, yet i still can’t see the Instant Booking form on my listings, i still see the Booking request form.
Is it because I haven’t set a merchant yet? Will the Instant booking option only appear if I set a merchant, or am I missing something else?

Actually this demo: https://skirent.wprentals.org/ fulfills most feature that I want, but I would like to whether I can modify it to my needs, so Pre sales questions here:
1. I want to make a equipment rental website, this website show a lot ski equipment, I would like to if there are an inventory system that manage the amount of equipment. For example: I have 5 skateboard, after 1 customer book one of them. The system will show there are 4 skateboard left, and also will show not available when it is out of stock.
2. If the functions that I want is not supported by your theme, may I know it is compatible with woocommerce’s inventory system? And can I achieve same effect with woocommerce ?
3. What languages are currently supported by your theme? Because we would like to have the website with Chinese for the customer and admin sides.

1. The theme cannot manage inventory. If there are 5 items to rent, each item needs to be published as a listing.
2. We do not have submit form connected to woo products so it will not work with woo commerce inventory system.
3. We do not have a Chinese po, but you can translate the theme to your language through loco translate.

Hi. Some pre-sale questions if you don’t mind, regarding customisations we would like if possible. If it’s possible to give an idea of price, that would be great, but initially would just like to know if they can be done. We very much like the theme but would need you guys to change it slightly to suit our customers.
1. Can the homepage search [in the banner] search by number of bedrooms instead of number guests?
2. Can ‘property name’ be added to search? Both homepage and advanced? By this, I am actually referring to searching based on the title of the listing, which for us would always be the villa or apartment name. We have many returning customers who will already know which property they would like and prefer to search for it directly.
3. On the individual listings page, under the photos, where a price per night is quoted, can that be changed to show a ‘per week….from’ price somehow? Weekly pricing is pretty much the accepted norm for holiday villas here.

You can create a custom search for home and search results and remove guests and use bedrooms.
We do not have property name as field option I am afraid.
The price per week is not a default field.
As workaround, if you only wish to display a price per week you can use the before and after price text fields to add any type of text you wish (would show next to price)

Different rates by guest types is not something we could help do as custom work at the moment. It is a complex change to make becuse we have custom price per guest for custom periods, and I assume you wish to make this a general change.

are payout enabled only after booking date? or can the owner request payout before the actual booking date has taken place?

I am afraid we do not have payout option. To pay owner it would have to be done manually by admin, outside theme options.
Pay deposit and remaining invoice go exclusively to theme admin accounts (theme merchants or woo merchants).
I am not sure why you expected this feature as we do not advertise it anywhere in theme presentation or demos. We will do our best to explain and guide on using the theme existing features, but I am afraid payout to owner is not a feature we support.

Hi Luca, Thank you for the follow up. Now there is a private field Payment Info in user Profile. That shows in wp-admin – edit user. In next update now in final test stage we add the payment info in wp-admin -> invoices -> edit invoice as well next to be easier to find.
