I have encountered another problem in the Theme for Travellers . In the Theme in the dashboard for both you and your partners if you want to o upload a tour you cannot upload pictures.Even if partners goes through their dashboard to upload a tour they cannot upload pictures manually How may you assist me

You can use Duplicator plugin to clone one website to another. Kindly note: In case clone website B from website A, all data in website B will be removed and replaced with data from website A.

My project is about a platform that sells tourism packages on specific days.

I need data from companies like booking.com and tripadvisor, about the price and availability of accommodation and flights.

When prices and availability of accommodation or flights change I need it to be updated automatically in the tour packages on my website.

The checkout must be done on my website with payment directly to these companies to book flights and accommodations automatically.

A percentage of the order amount will be paid to my website.

Can this theme do these functions?

For hotel shown in result, please make sure that you have setup price & availability rooms for all hotels already.

Moreover, please set book before number of day as 0 which allow customer to search and book by the current date.

I renew my support because the last WP update crashed my theme, and chinetheme, I submitted the ticket but it’s not working as well because the support is expired … it is not I just renewed it, and by the way to renew every 6 months for 1 question is a bit heavy actually but anyway.

I’m a bit upset of all this, I hope we will solve this issue asap.

Since 16.01.2021 I have been struggling to solve a problem with your support colleagues. I explained to him from the ticket brief what steps I took to solve the problems and they replied that I had to take exactly the same steps that I had already taken. This is not possible. In a few days my technical support expires and I think you have a claim to pay you again. This will not happen. Each time the login data was left in approximately each ticket. Very often no one comes in to check the problem. My ticket was answered but the problem was not solved. Since I bought the theme, I always tell you that there are problems. 6 months have passed and my support expires in 5 days.

The problems persist.

Something is happening. Maybe something was not installed properly, maybe another is the problem. Have a professional programmer come in to check.

I have a lot of themes and plugins bought from Envato but I haven’t encountered such weak support in any of them and it takes 6 months to solve the product problems. Please solve the problems today.

Please whenever responding in support section atleast read the issue and then reply. I have purchased this theme for almost two months now and still unable to launch my website on your default settings. for every minor issue i have to generate ticket again and again but your support team resonds after 48 hours and they don’t bother to go into detail of the issue. For Frontend changes, you have hardcoded everything, so we can’t even change simple things, and for backend, it doesn’t fall under your policy to support (atleast highlight which php files are behind a code so that even we hire a developer for minor change, they can find the right file). In an era of theme builders, you made it very tough to make any change.Please resolve my issue, I am cmpletely stuck. My Ticket # 19487

I never said to write the custom code, i can understand, it doesn’t fall in your support policy. i have already hired a developer to make the changes, and he is also suffering from finding the right files. I have generated tickets 3 to 4 times that just highlight the relevant php files so that i can get the chages done. Please help me out, i am already late in launching the website.
