I had issue on course certificate I saw many user had same issue…. Certificate background images are not loading and Icons for Print, save and download are not showing. CSS of the quiz system is overlapped with content area. Do you had any solution for this issue? If you provide as code or files to replace with current one with file path then we are able to use that solution.
Note: I already raise a request in support area for the same issue and I am waiting for more than a month to get answer.

Yes this is a common issue this happens because the the background image is being fetched from a CDN. Now when the certificate is generated, the images being heavier objects as compared to texts, when browser is parallel downloading image and text, the text always loads first and gives an incorrect signal that the certificate is loaded, so when certificate is generated it is mostly black background.
Fix is to add a rule in your CDN to exclude the certificate background iamge. example

I’ve bought the theme after being confirmed that it supports translations and fully customizable but – and according to support team – we got the following main issues:
- It only supports WPML for translating content, which is paid plugin (+80$). Where the free ones like Polylang missed up the courses layouts!! And couldn’t know if the translating process might be available in the instructor backend not only from wordpress backend! https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/best-arabic-translation-plugin/page/2/
- Modifying the headers and footers is not fully supported using free Elementor HFB plugin, as simple as adding login button didn’t work!! it might work but only by buying the Elementor Pro. Please be aware I was so satisfied to use the theme and I’m not in anyway trying to detracts it’s abilities, But when it comes to the issues above it sadly disappointed me :cry:

1. No, we support and recommend locotranslate. We have not tested with polylang due to lack of documentation on the plugin.
2 yes this is something already reported and we’re still working on this.
We tried the Locotranslate, it didn’t translate the courses, units ..etc content. it translates the theme and files!!

Please check woocommerce settings, the cart is not working in your site at all. This may not be connected to wplms at all, even regular products are not working in your site. Make sure the cart page is not under any restriction and try re-saving permalinks as well. Also post on wplms.io/support
check docs.wplms.io [solutions / suggestions already shared ] if you enabled restriction on the profile page, make sure you have BuddyPress single page setup.
I would like to see the possiiblity for users to sign up and get automatically assigned to a course, f.e. user 1 enrolls via registration form 1 and gets autoenrolled in course 1, user 2 enrolls via reg form 1 and gets enrolled in course 1, user 3 enrolls via reg form 2 and gets enrolled in course 2.

I have a few pre-sales questions to ask on WPLMS to see how feasible it is before I purchase:
1. I want to have a custom registration form where users will fill in some details and select a course they want to enrol for. Instructors will see the application to their course and the details the user filled and choose to approve their application or not.
If they reject the application, they should be able to recommend or transfer the user to another course.
Please note that all courses are free but it is important that users apply to join.
2. Is it possible to allow a user to be able to enrol in just one course such that once they are enrolled in that course, they can’t enrol in another one until that session ends and another begins?

1. This is available, but not exactly the way you are expecting. Here’s how it is available. a. User creates and account. b. User applies for a course c. instructor approves the user’s application.
User gets email and other notifications on different actions.
2. This is possible we can give you a 2-3 line code fix to enable this.
So after they create an account, they can now apply for a course (what if the course is free)?
Yes, in a free course the user is automatically enrolled when she opens the course, so she’ll directly see start course.

This is already resolved several weeks back in theme updates. To fix in your current 3.x theme you may have to replace the options folder from 4.x version. Note that if you use 4.x theme with 3.x framework there will be no changes the 4.x starts working when you install the plugins.
