Unfortunately, Membership Checkout page support Modal Booking only.
Currently, Modal Booking support more than 12 Online Payment Gateways. You can choose most suitable one for your Membership Checkout page while still use WooCommerce Checkout for Booking

Hello, could i change your product detail page’s link to my custom made product detail page’s link? i just want to use your home page and product listing page. For EG : from product lists to your original product detail link: abctravel.com/st_tour/3-day-loire-mer-extraordinaire/ but i want to change the link in product listing to my other own manage booking website : booking.abctavel.com/3-day-loire-mer-extraordinaire/ , then my account management menu link will manually link to my site booking.abctravel.com/accounts, is it possible?
Unfortunately, we have not support these options in Theme yet. Otherwise, you can set External Booking. Everytime, click on Book Now button will redirect to your other own manage booking website.

Unfortunately, the problems we had persisted. I don’t understand why you don’t do something to stop it no matter what changes are made.
Ticket ID issue: 19444 persist The problem was solved for a few days but unfortunately it reappeared. Problem comes from table wp_st_location_relationships in database.
Please solve this problem. Since I bought this theme I have only problems I do not understand what is happening
Ticket ID issue: 20118 persists You have not solved this problem You’re telling me it’s a server issue. Not true. I changed the server and all the options on the server were checked. This is a script issue. I can’t update the changes made in the “Rental” section Below are the errors that are sent to the mail by the server.

Please convey to Mr. Harry that the issue of Ticket ID: 19444 and Ticket ID: 20118 has not been resolved. I followed the instructions “Then run Upgrade Data (WPAdmin – Theme Settings) again” but it does not work in normal parameters Attached image. https://prnt.sc/y5zd0jI don’t know how or what to do. Install everything from scratch but keep all the content on the site as it is.

However, we do not have email reminder as near the booking date we sent.

3. We are Traveler WP theme which specify for 6 features tourism service as Hotel, Car, Rental, Tour, activity, car transfer. So if your services are out of those list, you may need to custom code.

Unfortunately, we have not support these options in Theme yet.
When booking have been made, you can change only Hotel Availability from backend. For examples, change booked date to available and change other date to not available.
Then hotel owner contact customer manually to inform change.
Can I do same things on tour and activity?

Hello shinetheme team,
Travel Booking WordPress Theme is gorgeous, having quite enough industry features including car rental, hotel booking and so many more. I bought the theme since 2017, but I have not installed it in production site yet, just testing it.
To be honest here about the theme itself and WordPress, I’m still concerned that this theme still relies on some other plugins (from other authors). To be more perfect, sustainable and secure, I hope shinetheme team would develop all required features for the theme to run with WordPress smoothly, NOT relying on other plugins from other authors. This would be a absolutely perfect theme as it would independently run on its own functional features and to work with WordPress more secure and sustainably.
What would happen in the future is that if those plugins from other authors, used with this theme, have NOT been updated and maintained over time, this Travel Booking WordPress theme would be like an outdated theme itself, leaving the theme users with open back door and insecurity and risks of being hacked and so on, as it happens in many WordPress plugins and themes everyday.
Sorry for leaving long comments here. But I hope this would be considered by shinetheme team, helping other users be aware of this and shape the bright future together.

However, you can select to use Mixmap demo which able customer to add mix services in their site. Therefore, you can add tour and consider Hotel service as Hostel.

This theme looks awesome.. but when you start importing the demo’s you’ll notice that lot of things are broke and a boring journey starts writing ticket after ticket.
This should be prio. 1 to fix. If I check the tickets at:
https://shinehelp.travelerwp.com/all-tickets/You’ll notice that many people are having similar problems and developers are asking for ftp access to fix the code without providing the solution in a reply for the readers.
Fix the problem at the source not only for specific cases. Please take this as feedback and make work from it.

1) There are 2 ways you can do this:
+ You can create one tours, then setup 3 different start time. Then, customer will able to see the time and select the one they offer.
+ You will create 3 tours name (which included description as morning, noon, and afternoon). And these 3 tours are actually same tour, just different about the time.
2) Unfortunately, not support compatible with Elementor.
3) We have support compatible with WPML plugin, so you can purchase & use this for multi-language. You also can manual translate website by using Poedit.
4) You may need custom code for this request. However, we do not support or guarantee for any custom code or 3rd party plugin activate in site.
