If you’re not getting the mail on inbox, please check on spam box as it can goes to spam box as well as it’s sending directly from zendesk.
In case of PHP 8.0, we’ve checked from our end that it’s supporting well but it’s can be different on different server. So, you need to check from your end and if the site is running well, then you can go with PHP 8.0.

We’ve checked your site and checked that some images sizes are big ( Please check:- https://nimb.ws/fvBaDb ). You need to optimize images using tinypng.com or similar service. For approval, themeforest asks highest quality images and that too in Retina. So can’t compromise on image quality. With image optimization, you’ll find better result.
Also recently GTmetrix has changed their algorithm recently so speed can differ for that case. We’ve checked your site in https://tools.pingdom.com/ and speed is already good ( Please check:- https://prnt.sc/zyuv0m ) and in real time your site is opening within 2-3 second which is very good.

You can disable preloader by going to General -> Preloader ( https://prnt.sc/10a6w54) and toggle to No.

We have never said your hosting is unstable. Do you find our demos slow? Had you found them slow you wouldn’t have bought it. They are on plain litespeed hosting having just 1 cpu and 2 GB ram. And there also we have multiple demos. We still don’t know your site url, how it loads and where its hosted. So don’t think we can comment on this issue without seeing further details. You can send thee sensitive information via support ticket.

There are 30+ Elementor Elements provided with theme which you can drag/drop on any page.
Almost every section you can change using Elementor.
Theme is translation ready and you can use locotranslate to change language. This theme is not RTL ready.
Can I use extra plugin to add Real Time Translation ? Plugin like ( Polylang )
Not sure about real time translation but as the theme is translation ready so yes, Polylang would work.

No it doesn’t support RTL.

Yes you can write Arabic sentence but it will be shown in LTR mode.

Thank you for your interest. You can disable all section/element appearing animation from Elementor itself. We use Radiantthemes options panel which will give you more control over customizer.

We have tested import is in localhost and it works as desired. Having said this, there can be different issues because of environment variables are different in every case. So we suggest you to install the theme and try demo import on a real hosting. Required hosting configuration is already mentioned on theme details page.
