Yes, in child theme’s functions.php file!
If you would like to use custom JS, why not to use it in Betheme > Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom JS section? This is what for this section was created especially.

right now, we do not have such option for desktop but we will consider it while future updates. If you would like to have mobile menu icon on desktop, you have to use default header options instead of Header Builder.

Your 404 handling inside the theme options is not working correctly. Can you give me a custom css to redirect the visitors of my page directly to the index page with everything functioning? Header, logo and navigation should be at the correct place. I already build a custom 404 page – but still the logo and navigation keeps missing – by all means – this does not look professional!

But I really would like to know, what to fix, because I bought your theme 6 times and I have to fix this on all 6 websites. 
I want the index page to be the 404 error page WITH logo, navigation, etc. How can I solce this? 
We understand but like said above, we need access details to check how you did it exactly. So, unless you will not send those details, there is nothing we can do.
I did it inside your theme options “Theme Options > Pages > Error 404” – here I picked the home page. There is a text: Page Options, header & footer are disabled. Please: how can I disable the disabling of header and footer? That does not make any sense! 
Like we wrote above, unless you won’t send us private message with access details, there is nothing we can do unfortunately.
Since we emailed a lot in the past, I sent you an email with all the login details. I really hope you can now identify your own BeTheme options you programmed yourself. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I try to install the template on a new site and get a message that the template has already been installed on another site – this is true but it was a long time ago and the site is no longer available and DEREGISTRATION can not be performed What can I do ? How can the template be used again on a single but new site that is not the original site on which the template was installed? As mentioned the old site no longer exists.

Will it be possible if i want two different demo from this theme on on my website?
example i have “Finance” demo but i want to add a part of “print” demo on the same site.
is this theme allow that.?

each pre-built website have own settings/options so basically by uploading new demo on existing one you will overwrite current options. In such case, we recommend to have extra (additional) WP installation (under sub-domain for example) where you can do the import of anything you like to learn how specific things on different prebuilt websites been made.

I deregistered BeTheme from one site and removed the theme folder from wp-content/themes. While trying to register the theme again on another site I’m getting this message: “Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: xxxxx” (my domain name).

Since version 20, all plugins can be easily updated from BeTheme > Install Plugins section with just a click. But please make sure that your installation is registered with a proper purchase code.

I have inherited a client who is on version 11.8 of the BeTheme from February 2016. I am unable to save any changes from the Muffin Builder, but can save a change made in the Quick Edit in the title. She is on WP 5.6. Would the latest version of the theme fix this? Thanks.

Dear author i appreciate my support time has completed however, as a customer and owner of multiple licences I an seeking some additional support if you can. One of my client site menu redirects to 404 not found, there are no errors, theme has been updated, plugins menu even has been removed and replaced with custom links to bypass, but nothing for those particular items the menu does not work. Hi, I’ve tried to update content with muffin plugin in betheme child theme V1.4 and betheme V12.4 but there is a several bugs that simply doesn’t allow to update the contet without tearing apart the site, so I was wondering if there is any update service that you guys provide for these and/or guidelines to update the theme manually, if so please let me know any option of these to fix the site in mention.

Hello, yes in fact was a provider of my client, the solution would be buy the theme again and upgrade it, but as I said before, do you offer any service of upgrade or do I hve to do it on my own with some guidance of you guys. OF course I understand that you offer support to clients who purchased the theme, but I would like to know that. We (my client) dont have the license as I said but we are able to buy the theme again for sure.

Yes, we will be able to explain how to update theme of course and provide all necessary information but you have to do it on your own as this is your client and you are responsible for any customizations on client’s site.
I do know betheme for a long time and used muffin editor before. Suddently I’m trying to update a phone number and I can’t get the page updated. All the sections I edit just disappear. I had to restore a backup of the site to undo the changes on the sections. Is there any uipdate that might be related to these issue?

For example, on a mobile device or tablet, when a visitor goes to a page, there’s a pop up or message that says something like, “Add this icon to your home screen?” At that point, the user can add the website icon to their home screen so that they can simply click om the icon to open the site versus looking it up in a browser. Hello there!! I just purchase the theme and i getting errors when i try to install the pre-built sites. When i try to install HIFI i get “Failed to import pa_color Black Failed”. I have all the plugins installed and before install Betheme I installed Woocommerce and i bought this theme cause is compatible. Any easy help??
I set wp-config to set_time_limit(600) and works.
