I have installed porto with elementor and i see many pages like Newsletter Popup in template editor is not imported unlike if i install with wp pagebackery everything gets imported.

Also i can not find how to edit the slider in homepage with elementor, where are the options for this?

In some of the Elementor Demo’s the Popup has not been set, so if you want that Newsletter Popup, you have to import the Demo which has the Popup in Elementor version or you can create it by yourself using Porto Modal/Dialog Box element as per your requirements.

I have problem with Porto Live Search.

One of my product: https://beantobar.pl/produkt/praliny-serca-2/ is set to not display in catalog and in search result. But it is visible in Live Search suggestion:

Sorry to say that but the live search took all the results whether it is hidden or show, it depends on the complete database search, it does not depend on any query from WooCommerce like hide you hide the product, so this requires customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend to contact our customization team or hire a developer.

I am developing a multilingual site and I would like to have a different header per language (button, image, menu … different). I tried to create 2 header using “Page Builder” but I don’t see how to assign one for French pages and another for English pages! In the pages there is no option to assign this or that header. Is there a need for another header creation system? Do you have a simple solution? Thanks a lot for your help. PS: your template is great

I have just tested it at my end on my test site and it is working perfectly fine for me, please do the below listed following debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

I like the menu the left and keep visitor stay on the “same page” when click different categories, BUT what if that category has more than 6 items? is there any “next page” or “load more” on the right?

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, actually that section has been made using the Porto Product Category element, and you can set it as slider or Grid but there is no such option in the element for Load More or Next Product.

1. Yes you can, you simply have to change it from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives as per your requirements.

2. Yes, you can with Single Products, but for Variable Products, you have to enter/go to the single page for adding the variable product to the cart, you can simply set the layout from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Archives:

3. Yes our Theme is fully translatable, you can simply translate the Theme in a single language using the Loco Translate plugin and in Multilanguage using WPML or Polylang as per your requirements.

If you guys want me to renew my support option on all 6 of our sites – I suggest who ever tried to fix the off canvas for mobile to please get my site back to how it was before they started fiddling. If your support is going to disable plug ins and change codes – The least they could do is re activate the right ones and get the site to how it was before they entered. Now I dont know what support has done or how to fix it? Support in to much of a hurry….

when i click on quick view, it opens light box, in light box after selecting attributes, when i press add to cart, page redirect to the product detail and notifies that “attribute is a required field”. i want to disable redirection and i want to add products in the cart on quick view light box.

Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPS if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPS from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.
