I purchased this a few years ago; I’ve migrated to new hosts with the same site, and then when I took my site down began using it on my localhost to work on my demo site. I recently reset my computer and am getting “Max Activations exceeded” hopefully there is a fix for this.

Trying to update my website that’s [already] got The Gem theme. I keep getting the message: “You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key. Check your activations (E06)” when I’m asked to activate (even though the activation code was already on the page.

Can I get some assistance with this, please?

My activation “fail” because the difference between the same website that activated is “http” and “https” (now).

What should I do? I read the documentation that I can’t activate at the same website anymore but it is “same website” is just https and http.

Hi,

I’m trying to use Gem Blocks but when I want to insert one the overlay doesn’t stretch over the whole screen, only the left half. That way I don’t see half the blocks, categories, favourites, nothing. Please check the screenshot. Tried in in Safari and Chrome. Same result.

Hi, there were no settings for the sharing in the theme options, you need to edit template: wp-content/themes/thegem/socials-sharing.php For the safety of future updates copy this file to the child theme before the editing.
