hi, can i stop opening the off-canvas Sidebar after a product is added?

With the new update of your theme, the Product Carousels in the UX Builder stopped working. I’m unable to update them. Every time I try to save it, it doesn’t save. I tried disabling every other plugin except Woo so it’s not a plugin conflict. I also tried to rollback Woo to see if that would help. Have you seen this issue before?

My clients purchased this theme, it’s one Critical Error after another.

The theme and Woo seem to be in conflict and you can’t run the setup wizard without installing Woo. I’m running PHP 7+ and a fresh install of WP. The developer of the theme is unwilling help fix the issues even though I sent all the credentials that came with the site when I downloaded it from envato. Of course logging in to my clients account is nearly impossible since they are on the other side of the world and envato requires a 2 step authentication when I attempt to login from the states (when they’re asleep)

How can I make a button activate a phone call? Like if I have a button that says 88-888-8888, will it click for someone?

I just noticed WooCommerce updated to 5.0. Is it safe to update now or do you have a Flatsome update coming before we should Update the Plugin?

Hi! I have an event plugin, and that plugin adds a “sort by events date”-option for woocommerce. However, that option does not appear in your builder. Is there a way to implement that into your builder, so I can add upcoming events on the frontpage of the store?

i have previously purchased this theme and want to purchase another licence but am trying to install a crypto plugin that installs but the crypto will not show up on product page…........and was told by coinpayments.net that there maybe a problem with the theme…......my developer tried to install it and still had problems….....i am trying to include the woocommerce plugins from this site https://www.coinpayments.net/merchant-tools-plugins i wanted to see if you can install these on your theme if you do will buy another licence and manymore after it Regards Danny

Whenever i add multiple categories to a portfolio the slug contains commas. When i then try and click on that portfolio from the front end i get this error; Not Authorized to View This Page [CFN #0004] If the portfolio page in question is only in one category it works but i need them in multiple categories. I have asked this question several times and so have other people but this still isn’t fixed. Any idea when this will be fixed or how to work around it?
