No one responding to me, I provided the credentials because while uploading the plugin it getting failed. I checked in FTP one of your team members uploaded it and my site has been down and showing the error 504 gateway from the same time. I think you should be more focus on an urgent issue like that to resolve ASAP.

WPLMS Parent User Trial works fine but WPLMS UNIT TIMINGS does not want to load although it says: Free trial consumed on site but there is nothing under plugins. Again, I clicked the trial button for WPLMS Gift Course by mistake instead of WPLMS UNIT TIMINGS.
Is there a way you can cancel/reset the trial for WPLMS Gift Course as I am not yet ready to test it.
How long is the trial version per Addon?

The Gift Course Addon seems to be working fine but when I open the course, I don’t see ‘Gift this course’ button, can you please add the button.

currently i am using bulk messaging from course area, my students recieves it in the message section. not in email.
i want tthey should recieve an email that they have got course instructors messages.
From messages they will also get an email as it is inbuilt in buddypress.

Since in moodle I create a course, and release the next ones as it is completed. 5. Would you have more demonstrations of the user page and the course page? 6. Have you already sold to Brazil? Ya’ll have made this 4.0 update so unnecessarily complicated. Almost a week into configuring 4.0 and stuff is still jacked! It’s also slower than before!!! The Main Menu appears on page refresh for a second and disappears displaying “Setup Menus in Admin Panel”. This is bonkers!

Unchecking the Legacy Student & Instructor menus resolved that issue. No one available in Live Chat. Trying to work thru issues using video, not really sure of what direction I’m heading in terms of configuring this new framework?

1. Wplms comes with eventOn with ticketing and seats solution eventOn events display in vibe calendar as well 2. Vibe calendar is more than events plus also have google calendar sync capabilities. You can run activities in vibe calendar events for example : if you create a recurring event you can connect meetings with it. Currently ticketing and seat limit is not available in vibe calendar events.

EventOn is included in theme, go to WP admin – Appearance – Setup Wizard – Features – select EventOn and in next step you will see option to install eventOn. After second step quit the setup wizard.

Hi hello, how are you? my boss is currently using this wplms, and he asked me to set the drip email, 24 hours before the course starts but this isnt working, and when it has come to 24 hours countdown, it does not send the email. I’ve checked the spam folder and all folders in email and it doesn’t appear, there is something wrong with the template? do you have any documentarion for this?
and how do i change the “under evaluation” to finished? since i dont have evaluation on the courses

Check wp admin – lms – settings – emails – schedule email, check drip email and make sure it is enabled and set. For under evaluation the course is not set to auto-evaluate mode in course – settings.

Hello, I am out of support, but I need to report a bug. Since I installed the plugin updates today the H5P Slide decks height is wrong. It was perfect when I last checked two weeks ago and it is still perfect if I add a H5P slide deck to a normal page or blog post. This is is not a H5P issue. In the course modules the height : width ratio is 1:9 instead of 1:2. Please check the update and correct this bug. Thanks!
After looking a bit into the CSS of the element I found two possible reasons: <iframe src=”....” style=height:194px; width:100%;”> and I don’t know where this heights are coded as the vibebp and wplms plugins have many different css files and I don’t want to check them all. I updated both plugins today.
Yes, we’re yet to find a way for h5p height in the embedded iframe. A quick fix is to set a minimum height on the iframe. The H5p loads later and the height collected is incorect. aquick fix like adding this code in Custom CSS :
iframe{min-hegith:500px;} can work as a temporary fix for now.
Thanks, but that doesn’t work (after correcting the typo). I included an !important without success and I tried placing it in the black child theme’s style.css and in the custom CSS section. I am still having distorted H5P presentation slides. Other H5P content works fine, just the presentations are unusable. It did work perfectly fine before the update. Can you please check which change in the two plugins (WPLMS and VibeBP) causes this and roll it back?
PS: I found another position in which a fixed height is set: div class=”h5p-wrapper”... style=”width: auto; height: 1677.625px; font-size: 7.45px;” (in html brackets <>)
To me it looks as if somebody added inline css to the code. The same for the iframe code provided above.
Changing these settings in the Firefox inspector works, (if combined your suggestion for the iframe settings) but adding those changes to the child theme css or the custom css doesn’t have any impact. Which is understandable as inline css is read after style.css and custom css.
