I am facing this exact problem. i cannot post to the forum. Users cannot access (or CONTINUE COURSE) it keeps loading indefinitely, the three dots. I have tried all recommended solutions on the forums.

Dear Vibes team, I’ve tried to edit course by trying to remove some lessons from course but but whenever I click the red cross symbol right to the lesson’s name, it lead me to the top of the page and nothing else. I notice the ULR is appended the ”#” at the end.

Hi. I am using the old version theme with no intention to upgrade. I have a question. If an instructor does not upload a cover image for a course, you normally would display a default pics in its place. I do not want to display a default pix in the single course page, I just want it to be no image display if the instructor does not add an image. Could you give me a script to enforce that please?
Yes, currently a default image is set at WP admin – WPLMS – course manager – default course image. In version 4 you create course layouts via elementor and in the course layout you can chose to not include the course image. Also, please clarify do you want to not display course feature image if user has not uploaded it ?
Yes, I do not want to display course feature image if the user has not uploaded it. I am not using version 4 currently. My version is about 2 years or 3 years old.

What is the recommended hosting company and package that works well with this theme. I expect to launch the website and app supporting at least 30 students for a start. I intend to be running the web and mobile app concurrently.

You can start with a small VPS [2gb ram, php memory 128mb] for 30 concurrent users.
How to Increase number of courses(not course category) in Menu .. Its showing only 5 courses .. but i need more courses on display on menu with course category.
I assume you are referring to Mega menu of Category- posts type, There is a setting to show number of posts as well. The category should have more than 5 courses as well.

Hello, I figured out that installing the plugin from your knowledge base it’s not working.
While installing it from wizard is almost working.
Now i’m unable to set date / meeting time and when i click on save, the meeting is not saved.
Most likely reason for this : “incomplete settings” or incorrect API details. Post on wplms.io/support and share site details, we have many users who are using Zoom without any issue. So this is a configuration issue in your site, if you follow the tutorial correctly you will not face any issues.

The API is correctly set in Vibe BP – Zoom page, in fact the meeting host account appears correctly in backend.
But the backend interface and the frontend interface is bugged because the date selector doesn’t show correctly and in the frontend it doesn’t scroll down.
There are also many js errors like ” VM23785 blocks.min.js:3 The block “wplms/courseinstructorfield” is registered with an invalid category “wplms”. “
Hello i also noticed that your theme is not compatible with Woocommerce Stripe Partial.ly that allow to set payments plans.
Does your theme have an integrated payment plan plugin?
Other issues: – When user is not logged as administrator with wp-login method user cannot see the course (blank page) - Registration form doesn’t send the confirmation email
There is no reported issue with WooCommerce stripe, we have not tested with Partial payments plan. On order completion by woocommerce the courses are assigned to the buyer. We do have integration with WooCommerce memberships and WooCommerce subscriptions. Please post on the support channel we can help. “Registration form doesn’t send the confirmation email” this is a standard buddypress functionality. Also check docs.wplms.io for already shared solutions.

Make sure you have latest WPLMS & Vibebp plugins. 2. “user cannot see the course” if you have enabled login restriction on courses from WP admin – vibebp – settings – buddypress then enable Wp admin – vibebp – settings – login vibebp wp login sync but it comes at a cost of slowing down the site as WP logins are maintained by server unlike Vibebp login which is maintained by the browser.

Please activate envetOn. Go to WP admin – Appearance – setup wizard, re-rerun setup wizard. In first step you will select the features, select “EventON” and in next step you will see plugins being installed. Post that skip all steps or close the setup wizard.
i have setup on hosting and try setup 10 time result is same. So open ticket on forum but not response and then remove theme from hosting because frustrated and in my opinion it is not recommended because it is difficult to install and support the old forum for replays

I have problem with the course curriculum section to display links to the units. I am using this theme with “Vibe Course Module” and “Co-Authors Plus”. Links to the units are shown for admins and the author only, not to the coauthors.
I think that the problem is coming from “Vibe Course Module” plugin in file “vibe-course-module/includes/bp-course-template.php” in function “bp_course_get_full_course_curriculum”. Value of ”$link” is returned null from it for co-authors too.
For now, I have returned the unit link directly from the function (without checking the conditions), and I know this is not the permanent solution. Please let me know if it is a bug or there is another solution to this problem. Thanks.
