I thought this product was going to be great. Now not so sure. All my tours suddenly went from the original price to $0.00 and no one from Shine theme will answer the tickets. We are live and this is hurting our business.

Hi! We are facing some issues setting the prices for hotels’ rooms. Here you have our main questions: 1. Currently the system only allows setting the final price same as it will be seen by client on the website. What we need is to input our costs to the system and apply a markup in %, so that the price that clients will see on the website will be the result of calculating the cost x the markup. It allows that in case we want to change the profit margin we would just need to change the markup % instead of changing all rooms’ rates. 2. Currently the system only allows setting rate per room, so it shows same rate no matter if it is single, double or triple occupancy, but the fact is that room rate at hotels is different depending on the number of persons booked on the room. We need you to let us setting the rate in a way that for the same room the price would be different depending on the number of persons selected by the client in the browser. 3. On the room setting area, there are fields for max # of adults and max # of children, but there is no field for max # of total persons. The problem is that the room may allow for example a max of 3 adults and also a max of 2 children but not all of them together, so it could be a combination but not exactly 3+2. There is an important field missing where we can set the max # of persons allowed in a room. It guarantees that if for example max # of adults is 3 and max # of children is 2 but max # of persons is 4; clients can select 3 adults in a room or 2+2, but the system will not allow clients to select 3 adults and 2 children staying together in the room.

Hi thanks for your reply. Our support period is expired and so I have to renew. But i need to know if you can supply the following:

1) Google map search to geo locate uses and display tours and activities available in his area. 2) When i use the WC checkout, i see that the system does not generate an order also inside the WC. That’s something wrong with my install, or it’s a standard? I need that the order is copied also to WC Orders. 3) In modern theme both tours and activities have not google maps that display available experiences. It’s possible to have it?

I purchased this theme (Travel Booking WordPress Theme) and installed the single hotel demo data. When I create a ticket, I am told my support has expired (that is why I am contacting you guys here instead of sending a ticket).

I have managed to customize everything without any problem but when I update the logo it never changes. I have tried everything (cleared browser cache, etc) but the new logo never appears on my website (am still stuck with the LUSTAY logo).

The new logo only appears on mobile but never on desktop version of the website.
