Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Setting and change the site language as the English language from there, save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache.

I am more than satisfied with Porto Theme, I am using Shop Demo 10 for my site, but we have one currency and one language supported at the moment.
Therefore I would like to have the top navigation menu (icons – My Account, Wishlist and Mini Cart) centred and not aligned to the right as it is now, please see www.new.roccosport.sk for better reference.

How to activate lazy load with my logo?

Sorry to say that but we do not have the specific option for the Logo to Lazy Load only, but we have the Global Option for the Lazy Load and you can turn it ON/OFF from Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Lazy Load as per your requirements.
Otherwise, you can try with any third party plugin as well which better meets your requirements.

I really have far better things to do than having to contact your support for even basic functions that are not working. When I provided login details by email since your support site doesn’t even allow me to register – I then get directed by email once again to issue support through the website that won’t register…. this is not what I want from a theme. I have no time wasting days on end with support questions. Perhaps you can help to refund the purchase. The theme would probably be good if it was not integrated with the elementor and wpbakery monstrosities.

Hi, I have an issue with Porto theme, related to product comments.
The thing is when I enable product comments in Woocommerce settings, every single product page that have comments will throws javascript errors wich cause malfunction of the page. When I disable comments from settings everything works OK and errors disapear.
I tested this in Wordpress 5.6.1 and 5.4.4 and with both version the error persist.

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, hope this will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
V|. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still presist with default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.
Thank you. It is solved. There is a conflict between your theme and Smush plugin, related to image’s lazy loading. The lazy loading of Smush using javascript seems to break the gravatars URLs making impossible to parse the JSON object (as I could see in browser console). Thanks again.

Yes, all are working fine, the issue you are facing is because we have not set the payment methods on our Demo site, you can easily set the payment methods on your site with the WooCommerce setting.

I don’t know if I can have more options with language and currency in Shop demo. As I see, I only have two options with language Eng and FRH, currency USD and EUR.
