Hello Team, I am experiencing problem with row setting with responsive spacing option. I have set different value for every device in “Row Setting > Design > Spacing” but it shows same value for every device when open it again. Please fix this issue. Thanks in advance.

I need to use Ultimate VC Addons Video element because there is no option to autoplay video in Impreza’s default Video Player element. If we can add autoplay option to Video Player then we don’t need to use Ultimate VC Addons. Thannks.

Can someone tell me why is it that my responsive settings are removed after each new update? I have checked all of the ‘turn responsive on/off’ and it makes no difference. I’ve had lots of issues over the past few years when using the responsive settings in the ‘effect’ tab.
The maintenance has become a real pain in the neck with this theme, can someone please let me know what to do?

The “Effect” tab isn’t directly related to Impreza, it’s a part of the Ultimate Addons plugin that is a separate product.
Please delete the Ultimate Addons plugin completely and manually install the latest version: https://help.us-themes.com/impreza/installation/addons/#2-manual-installation Once updated, go to Theme Options > Advanced and turn OFF the “Disable jQuery migrate script”.

Hi! I updated to Impreza 7.13 and now I can’t see the font awesome icons in the frond end editor. The website, www.josepmotion.com still appears to be ok, but I can’t edit it as it appears to be broken.
Since this happened, after updating, I’ve been trying setting up differents options related to jQuery, but still doesn’t work.

ın each page you have title&description area. For portfolio pages also when we left blank it creates title from /options-general.php settings. How can we use custom title instead of wp default. If you have a small code i can change it.

My client have bought Impreza theme but has no longer access to his Theme Forest account and therefor his not able to update or activate the theme via theme’s options. We have proof of purchase: both invoice and unique purchase code.
Is there any way we can activate the theme just by Purchasing code and get access to updates or transfer the license to this account.

Please ask your client to contact ThemeForest support: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and ask them to restore your client’s account. Unfortunately, the license can’t be activated with a purchase code, there should be a valid license in your Envato (Themeforest account)

Unfortunately contacting ThemeForest support is not an option because the person who owns the account is no longer working with us and refuses to give an access, although my client has paid for your theme.
