Contact your hosting provider and ask to run the backup for you on your site.

Please edit your Home Page with Elementor and then turn ON the Navigator, after that click on inner section and change the image from there as per your requirements:

You can add/insert any JS code under Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> JavaScript Code and it will not be overriden or remove when ever you will update the Theme.

You cannot add <script></script> tag in the custom js because of security issues.

You need to add JavaScript code without <script></script> tag

If you add this GTM code in “JS Code before body” of theme options, it will work well.

Theme is not compatible with Elementor. When I install the “cleaing service” demo, lots of lay-out items are messed up. Most demo pages don’t even work with Elementor ! When I import the “demo elements”: accordeon, ... : it just shows all wp bakery source code

I am stupified that a theme with such a high sales rate, has such a sloppy coding quality.

For a whole week I am making tickets for this issue, and their “support team” does not offer any help, they just answer besides the point, without offering any help.

I will ask for a refund, if the Elementor integration does not work as advertized, which is my right as stated in Envato Dispute guidelines

Tons of people are complaining: it’s full of bug reports in the review section

Hello. I’ve been using the theme for a few days now but there is a problem. When the page loads, the cart icon just starts spinning for no reason.

This is nothing but any third party plugin confliction issue on your site, please deactivate all the third party plugins including the cache plugins as well, and check back your site after removing the server and browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and after that you have to again activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

And as you know Cart and Checkout works on Ajax, so you have to add and remove the product from Cart to check the issue resolved or not.

This theme is definitely full of bugs. Activation problem was solved, but now I cant upload any image inside the media library. Cleared cache ,a couple of times – no luck. Also, when I deactivate the theme and add another one – upload works. So it’s definitely something with the theme which makes Wordpress totally obsolete to use. Support is very very slow.

I am considering to give one star rating for support I can’t get the “cleaning services” demo work as it shows on your demo. https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/elementor/cleaning-services/

I made a ticket #116034, and they would not fix it, they blame my hosting company. The support agent did not even suggest what might be the issue, just a vague “umbrella technique”: ask your hosting provider.

I never had such problems with a theme before. I just installed it on a totally different hosting server, and it’s the same issue. I installed almost 100 sites before so I know what I am doing. Very disappointed in the quality and service.
