The only way to set custom text is Slogan field mentioned above and there is no other way to add custom text somewhere else.

it seems like your IP address been locked by cloudflare. The most common reason is that the same IP address you use, is shared among someone who was trying to spam or attach our services. In such case, IP address is temporary locked. We recommend to reset your modem if you have dynamically set address.

I had a really old Betheme version running on a website. I replaced it with an updated version and it automatically switched from muffin builder to elementor that resulted in a disaster on the front-end. Did I do something wrong or is there a way to keep muffin builder as the main builder with an update?

Why arn’t you keeping the WPBakery Page Builder plugin up to date with your theme. It’s many version past due for an update, you update the theme, but not the plugins that are included. The current version is 6.6 and you have 6.5 there has been at least 5 versions since 6.5 and I’m having issues because it’s not up to date.

Hi, I used to use Betheme but the project didn’t take off. As a result, we’ve allowed the domain name and hosting for the website to expire. Currently, I’m looking to using Betheme for our new website, and it seems that our purchase code is still tied to the old site. May I know whether you’d be able to help with deregistering the old site from your end? We aren’t able to do that anymore because it’s expired. Username and purchase code remains the same. Thank you.
