Dear Muffin Group Team, I´m looking for a solution to reverse columns on mobile device. So that there are not two pictures behind each other.
I read that it´s easy when you have Elementor Builder but this one doesn´t work properly on my site, so I´m using muffin builder.
Is there a solution or workaround for muffin builder?

I downloaded this months ago and did a test install only to decide that the theme was not suitable for my client.
I have de-registered it and want to use it for a different client but I am getting an error – Purchase code already used. I have triple checked the domain and the theme is 100% NOT installed or registered elsewhere on the domain.
Okay, I realised that I have to visit http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ to deregister.
Maybe consider removing the ability to deregister from the wordpress dashboard if it cannot be done that way…

de-registration in the dashboard works correctly of course. http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ tool been made for those who forgot to de-register in the dashboard and removed files before that. So, both things are necessary and none of them can be removed.

One of our clients has purchased a regular license. He is unaware of the license key and used the same license key for 2 websites. So once we go to the themes WP dashboard, both website themes have the same license key. So how can he purchase a new license for the second website which has the same license key as the first website?

Hey Muffin, I have a strange issue with the sticky menu for this site https://schwartzgreenhouse.com/. When you are on the active page and there is no dropdown menu, the sticky link color is correct and the active page link is a light green (for example https://schwartzgreenhouse.com/professional-landscapers/). However, if the page is within a dropdown menu, the active page link turns black (for example https://schwartzgreenhouse.com/fertilizers/). I can’t find where to address this for styling the color menu as there are no colors related to the menu in black. Appreciate the help!

Hello, in the website https://mykarta.gr (built with muffin builder) everything works ok in desktop view, but in mobile view i get a blue block under the logo-menu section that i don’t know how to disable. It’s called header, but i actually don’t need it in my website. How can i delete it ?

I just purchased BeTheme through Envato / Themeforest But I am unable to Install it either as a theme (Appearance/Theme / Upload Theme) or as a Plugin. I am on the newest version of wordpress (ver 5.6.2).
Wordpress gives this error “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.”
As per the instructions on the forum I am uploading the .zip as it was downloaded.

you got this error because you are trying to install wrong package. The theme file you supposed to install is betheme.zip

according to Themeforest’s Official Licensing Terms, one license allows you to create one end project (website). If you want to use Betheme on a second website, it requires you to make a second license purchase.
This applies to all themes on Envato marketplace and not only Betheme.

In BeApp 7, I’d like to add a 02 and 03 sections as rows containing 2 full screen photo sliders and then continue with the other sections that you designed. Maybe I can do it with the Muffin builder. How on earth does one deregister the theme from one site so it can be used on another. The site I used the theme with, has been reset and is not being used… I keep seeing “Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: .... ” But again that website has a new WP install, theme is deleted from the theme folder.

Hello, love the theme, been using it for a while now but I noticed in the last few version of Betheme that animations are not working propertly. When you open/refresh the page, the block loads like there is no animation at all, and then just after you scroll, the animation starts. So when you do it fast it’s actually looking like a bug. So I went and compared this with older versions of Betheme where animations worked well and I added two lines of code in the new Betheme version and now it works again. But I really don’t want to do this for every new website I do so if you could fix it in the new version that would be great I added a line in js/scripts.js on document ready, and I also added one line in assets/animations/ animations.min.css.

thanks but I don’t need help, I fixed it through the code. I just wanted you to know there was a bug in the latest versions of the theme, it was just an observation or an advice for you to fix in the next version.

Look at the block of text. So, when you load the page, the block appears without the animation, and then when you scroll, the animation starts.
This is not good, in the older versions of the theme the animation started immediately when the page loads, there wasn’t a bug like this.
Like we said, we did not noticed anything like this on our end. That’s why we have asked for the private message above. And unless we won’t get it, there is no too much we can do.

Hello, i couldn’t install these plugins: BeTheme Header Builder and WPBakery Page Builder. it says “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.”
and also when i try to import demo it says
“Sorry, there has been an error.
This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number”

the error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look.

Thank you… Can I get a little clarity… on the pre built themes… I already have a website with loads of information and pages. Can I still use one of those themes and import the demo? Are the demos a few pages and such or will I be flooding my host site with a lot of extra information.
I guess what I am looking to do is take the styling you have and replace pictures here and there. But I don’t want to double my storage with millions of data points.

Yes, you can get any pre-built website and modify its content (pictures, content, etc…) after import according to your needs. You can add new stuff and remove already existing one that came with demo import.
