Hello OceanThemes! I’m having trouble with two different things:

1. The grid lines associated with Home 3 (marketing company theme) are still remaining even though I’ve toggled the grid lines option on Elementor to be off. Would love some help.

2. My “About Us” page isn’t reflecting the changes that I’m making on my website. It seems to be static and not responding.

My favicon came up as blank, when I add my website to iPhone safari “bookmark or favourites”. Adding to Home screen is fine. Desktop is also fine. Please help.

Note: I’ve already submitted a ticket and yet to get a solution. I post here too, just in case others have same problem.

I have three questions: 1. Before every single blog post had option to set a header. But that option dissapeared and I can’t do it anymore. It means that I can’t change header photos in old post and make new one (there is only grey background)

2. Is it possible that post feature image would be visible only at blog list/widget, but not under header in single post?

3. Where can I translate few words from blog post like: make comment, previous, likes (on header) etc?

After ALL THIS TIME… there is still no way to have a transparent header across all pages. Unable to edit with Elementor like they said you would be able to over 7 months ago. Don’t have time to list the rest.

How do I force my mobile menu header to appear on tablets?

Hey team – we have a concern. Every time we edit meta-data of the homepage (through Yoast), it reset automatically after a few hours AUTOMATICALLY – without touching anything on the site.

We’re already managing several other WP websites – never seen anything like that.

So we’re sure this has something to do with the theme – not with Yoast.

Please advise a possible solution.
