Hi Developer,
I purchased this theme for client’s website in 2017 and with the most recent updates on Wordpress it crashed his site. I was able to get most of it back up and working again but WP Bakery/Visual Composer no longer works with the interface and I’m not sure why. I downloaded the most recent plug-in files in my purchase files, but it seemed to screw things up even more. Might you have a resource for people like me? I almost feel like it’s just not worth building client sites with WordPress themes anymore because they break 2-3 years after launch due to updates. Please give me some advice.

Hello there! I’ve just installed your awesome theme RONNEBY and run into a problem: I could not install the Ronneby Core Plugin. That’s the error I’ve got:

What can I do? Please help

Hello there! I found the solution:
1) You first have to Activate the theme via the Ronneby Dashboard 2) Then you install the Ronneby Core Plugin via the Ronneby Activation Process.
I tried to install it via the WP Plugin Seciton. Okay… Problem solved. Thank you for your help.

Updated my ronneby theme to latest version and now the whole site is broken. Shortcodes (WP Bakery/Visual Composer) don’t work, whole site is a catastrophe. Also, I can’t update WP Bakery. “Update failed: Update package not available.”

And when I tried to revert back to an older theme so to not be stuck with a broken site, I get “Warning: Creating default object from empty value in __. redux_framework/ReduxCore/inc/class.redux_filesystem.php on line 29 Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by __“
As usual, site is broken every time a new update rolls out. Getting sick and tired of this.

I have the latest WP verison I have the latest RNBY version 3.3.2 Theme is activated with purchase code
Also received an email from WP telling me that this theme is causing a fatal error.
Lastly, I did try to create a ticket by my old account is not accessible and I am still awaiting an email from you with a password reset option.
It might be related to connection to our server where the plugin is located. Please try one more time.
