We seem to have encountered a problem.
The destination name doesn’t show on mobile devices https://prnt.sc/103u61d
However, on the desktop, it works fine.
Our support has ended so we are not able to submit a ticket. Renewing the support too has been difficult for us as being a travel company we have encountered heavy losses due to covid.
Please help, we’ll be very grateful.

Is your system able to work like Trivago? Where the results shown only lead to the external sites of the affiliates? Such as Booking.com, SkyScanner, Expedia, Agoda, etcs?
Because I wouldn’t like to work with TravelPayouts and make sales on my own website. It would be interesting to show the options for tickets and hotels (comparing the best prices). But when they decide to move on to set up, customers are taken directly to affiliate sites.

Our system doesn’t work exactly like Trivago. It only redirects users to external sites when click Booking.
The result page still in our system, not redirect to external sites
Therefore, the item (Hotel/Room/Tour) is in Theme’s system, not crawl from external system

Will i be able to use a checkout payment plugin like Paystack WooCommerce Payment Gateway or Rave Woocommerce Payment Gateway with the template? I need to know before purchasing it or the theme only supports paypal method of receiving payment?
And is there a way i can get a demo version of the theme so i can test the checkout plugins by installing them on the theme before i purchase the real premium theme? Or your technical team can kindly install the plugin to see if it will work as an option of payment during checkout by customers.

the reason why i am asking is because most nigerians don’t use paypal for payment, we mostly use master cards, credit cards and debit cards

We dont have PayStack account to test but seem it works https://prnt.sc/103jzg0Because WooCommerce is using for checkout section only. Therefore, it could work with WooCommerce Payment Gateway
For your friend website, you will need change to WooCommerce Checkout then install + setup Paystack WooCommerce Payment Gateway
Besides, our payment plugin Stripe support master cards, credit cards and debit cards as well

Below are images from a website where your theme was installed. I activated the woocommerce payment option – https://www.screencast.com/t/4Rmf7S82 then i later activated other options of payment from the woocommerce payment settings as seen here – https://www.screencast.com/t/KAMGH4ZF but during checkout of an hotel, it doesn’t show all those payment options. The only thing it keeps showing is the bank transfer payment option – https://www.screencast.com/t/fnraQzmj (and i wasn’t the one that inputted those bank account information). The bank account information i included wasn’t showing.
Why is that? or is it because of the theme i am using? I decided to get the traveler’s theme from a friend just for test so i can see how exactly it works before i purchase it from your team. Because i don’t want an issue whereby i purchase the theme and it won’t be able to work perfectly as i want it. Kindly reply me thanks

Is it possible to add a delivery service by bus in tour even if at an additional cost? The most important thing in the bus is to make an illustration of the seat numbers and the customer can chooses the set place for him

You can add Extra Service to Tour, for examples delivery service by bus.
But this is only added service – with name and price. No more settings on it.
Therefore, you cannot “make an illustration of the seat numbers and the customer can chooses the set place for him”

And how much would that cost? I have also noticed that login with facebook, google and twitter is not working in your demo.

Hi great theme and great work. Currently the system only allows setting rate per room. We need to set also several price variations on one room type, like with and without breakfast. Is this possible?
We would also like to change the name of some services, like from cars to vehicles, is this feasible?

1. You can set price without breakfast then add breakfast as Extra Service
2. Cars is one of default service in Traveler. Therefore, if you would like to change name, you need to custom code (not belong to support policy) to add this in Theme.

There’s a big problem with Availability in tour’s backend. When I try to setting the range date, for example, 23March->26March, this is written in Check in and Check out fields in the english format (mm/dd/yyyy), 03/23/2021-03/26/2021, but the range date do not appear in the calendar (and is not saved) because it is “read” as european date (dd/mm/yyyy), so 03/23/2021-03/26/2021 does not exist!!! So, I can’t save the Availability date! It’s a big big problem notices after updating theme and plugin core.

Price per tour will be 1000$ only. You can set extra price per extra person but cannot set 6-10 = 1500$ (fixed price)

2. Planning to have a Tour purchasing site for Sub-Agents. Sun-Agents can purchase tour packages from us for their clients (passenger). I would like to know is there any way to change the tour price according to the Passenger’s resident country. (during checkout)
Note : Passenger won’t register with us. Sub-agent will fill the passenger details (can be 1 or more passengers and different countries in a single booking & it may different from Sub-Agent’s country) in checkout form and price have to be updated according to the country fields in the checkout time.
