Awesome Theme! My client loves the theme and so he wants to use the same theme for his other 8 websites. So is there an easier way to purchase all 8 themes at once rather than one by one?

Hi I have imported the demo (crafty), but the menu are different from the demo on your website. The logo was not located at the same level of the menu bar, and the cart icon was located under the menu bar. Please let me know if I need add any custom code to modify it to the style on your demo. Thanks for reaching out. Sure, this is possible. If you don’t set a thumbnail, it won’t show anything. It would include a post excerpt however, so it might take a bit of customization to stop that from showing.

Yes, demo content is included. After installing X it will prompt you to install Cornerstone which is required to use X. Then if you validate your installation by providing your purchase code you will have access to Design Cloud where you can automatically import many different design assets and even fully built sites to start from.

I am having issues updating the theme and associated plugins, and as a result am having problems making changes to the site or updating the theme. I am not the original developer of the site and therefore do not have access to the purchase codes to contact support.
The website was very outdated when handed over to me. I have updated wordpress core and all the other plugins, and upgraded the php version.
When editing with cornerstone, I cannot delete any elements – the siderbar buttons are not working.
I also get this error on the extensions page: Could not retrieve extensions list. Please ensure your firewall is not blocking requests to theme.co.
My theme and plugins all show that they are up to date, but are actually very outdated. Slider revolution causes a fatal error on the latest few versions of php and cannot be activated.
Versions: X Theme: Version 4.0.6 Cornerstone: Version 1.0.5 Slider Revolution: Version 4.6.93

I’m sorry for any confusion on the versions. We just released X 8.2.0 and Cornerstone 5.2.0 and those versions should be reflected once Envato approves the new uploaded bundles.

I’ve updated my Cornerstone plugin to the latest one today, but unfortunately now I have a fatal error on my site. It was working perfectly fine before the update. Am I able to go back to the previous version or is there a workaround for this matter?

Thanks for reaching out. Elementor is designed to work in any theme, so you can certainly use it with X no problem. We do include Cornerstone with X which is our own page builder. Yes, MEC is included and it is the full version (not the free lite version).

The support is non existent in the forum/support area. My business site is down for over 24 hours. Ticket has not been even looked in. Poor coding or bugs in Xtheme and cornerstone caused backend and front end to collapse. I make money for living using this site. Never happened before, this time big time!!! Utter ignorance and silence.

Hi There, I’ve recently updated the Cornerstone plugin to version 5.1.4, and I seem to be having issue loading the page editor. I receive this message: “The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing a PHP error.”
I’ve been deactivating plugins to no avail.
Can I get some assistance troubleshooting the error?
