I was trying to locate the “blocks” section, your docs say it is located under WP > Admin, however, I say it is not, ROFL. Also, unable to update WPBakery, have you updated on your end by chance? Thanks

Webwaves, themes normally can only handle so many plugins, so if you have shared hosting, and have a good number of plugins installed, so unless there are underlying issues, then consider upgrading to a faster hosting provider. You may also consider WP rocket for your cache needs since it is much faster then typical free cache plugins. good luck.

2. For plugin update, You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

And there is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Every time I go to customize, I have an error “this page is not responding” and I have to choose either wait or exit but the wait option doesn’t work and I get the error again

It means your Child Theme Customization was creating an issue on your site, you can again create the new Child Theme as well from Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Child Theme.

Contactform 7 re-submit is not working. Example: field with 5 mandatory fields. if you fill in 4 of them it gives an error which makes sense, when you correct the 5th one and try again it does not submit.

Hi, as it irritates me a lot, I need a way to disable scroll top after selecting a filter – a long list of filters in WooCommerce, Porto Theme. Unfortunately, I did not find such an option in the template / WC settings. Does anyone have a function/idea how to turn it off?

May I ask…..I bought theme together with Wp Page Builder, it says there is new up-date but I cannot up-date due to not having licence. What is the proces of up-date and is it also the reason why I cannot save any template created by wp bakery? Thanks for info

hi i am kinda new into porto.after installed the theme and a demo of it, i made some changes to the homepage banner.i replaced it with another one from the studio.however since then i am having errors in console. Sorry to say that but you can not directly edit the Archive pages, this is not possible, and unfortunately we have not tested any of the third party plugin with our Theme for this reason so we are unable to suggest you on it, you can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements,

When are you finally going to fix the checkout page and restore the design that we had a few months ago which was matching the rest of the website? You can not just change this and not offer the previous layout. MAKE IT AVAILABEL ASAP. The new layouts are broken and ugly!! Breadcrumbs are suddenly different on checkout than anywhere else and the overview is overlapping and disappearing out of screen. Sorry to say that but not with last update of the Theme but we have changed the design of the breadcrumbs on cart and checkout page around 5+ months ago…

And sorry to say that but there is no such option in our Theme for change the design as old version around 5+ months ago, so this requires Customization.

Dear Support Team,

We have main category Professional Cleaning and under it two sub categories:

Catering & Food processing and Sanitary, when click on Catering & Food processing under each product it show the following sub category Catering & Food processing – and main category Professional Cleaning

but when I click on Sanitary is the other way around under each product it show the following main category Professional Cleaning – and sub category Sanitary

How to adjust this on what bases the order of the sub or main category showing under each product ??

Sorry to say that but it took Categories and Child Categories randomly, in Theme there are no such options to change/reorder it, you can only turn it ON/OFF using Theme Options, so this is not possible and requires Customization.

First of all, Please go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and Install and Activate the Loco Translate plugin on your site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ ​ And then go to Loco >> Themes >> Porto you will find the 4 default language files there which comes with the Theme package and those are: https://postimg.cc/XGvjMDqZ

English (Britain) en_GB
French (France) er_FR
Italian (Italy) it_IT
Turkish (Turkey) tr_TR

Now go to WP-Dashboard >> Plugins and Install and Activate the WP FileManager plugin on your site: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/

And then go to File Manager Plugin Setting >> wp-content/languages/ and create the (Loco) Folder >> then go to the loco folder and create another folder as (themes) and then go to the themes folder and download the Spanish language theme files attached below and upload to that themes folder: https://postimg.cc/zLFv3S22

Now, again go back to WP-Dashboard >> Loco >> Themes >> Porto and you will find another Theme language file as Hebrew as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/FdFRSd2r you have to edit it and then click on “Sync” https://postimg.cc/0rQj2SYZ and after completing the Synchronization you have to click on “Save” button as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/zVhJVFVw

What do you mean? Can you please explain your issue more clearly, if possible with the help of screenshots for my better understanding.

You can set the Slider Revolution only on the homepage by editing the page, scroll below, you will find view options and under view options, you will find an option of Banner Type, select it as Revolution Slider and set the slider from there as per your requirements.
